hey no this is literally the perfect kind of ask for here! ty for sending it! 💖 i think about requiem stands a lot, imo they’re raw as hell. i’ve always loved the concept of cream, sticky fingers, and the hand having more control over their Shadow Realms; what uses they could possibly have, who they could save 🙄. ofc upon receiving this every idea i’ve ever had has left the chat, but some random stuff i can think of right now:

i can really only see sticky requiem as Zipper Mastery. like bruno can have many different active gates at once, and even control blips in spacetime with them, traveling through short distances or a few seconds forward or back in time. essentially he can bypass his void for direct teleportation, or maybe use it for protection like johnny.

i see hierophant green requiem as a very elaborate system of traps and sensors - a barrier made of delicate crystalline shards/spines that let kakyoin feel the slightest change in the environment or even splinter into victims they ensnare.

i saw art of kakyoin using hiero as a kind of bow and arrow once? which falls more in line with some viddy game aus i have, but regardless, him being able to launch not just emerald projectiles but a concentrated arrow/beam is cool. maybe they could refract off of surfaces.

man again this feels more fantasy, but magician’s red requiem could be a sort of phoenix figure with very potent regenerative abilities. his every feather is ablaze, too bright to gaze upon directly. essentially he gives avdol or allies the healing/constitution of a vampire but by harnessing the fire of sun, not avoiding it?

don’t know if i can hold a candle to the ideas other people have about moody blues requiem, but i think the ability to send any living being or object forward or backward in its individual timeline/course of history would be interesting. so, a bit of alessi’s set and grateful dead, but the parameters of use are more free and go beyond just the birth and death of a person. though not inherently for fighting, this may make it no longer a non combat stand.

when i first saw whitesnake i thought he messed with people’s DNA because of his design lmao. obviously i was wrong and he had a whole lengthy, no pun intended, evolution of his own, but i do think that would be kind of terrifying – a stand that can harvest someone else’s stand, memories, and biological code... it furthers the whole “playing god” thing nicely, too.

burning down the house requiem could just be an extension like the others - the ability to conjure multiple ghost rooms and even alter them at will, so if an unwanted guest finds one, they’re walking into a disorienting trap, not compromising emporio’s safe hideout.

crazy diamond requiem could maybe give josuke control over how he reassembles broken things, even, say, down to the molecular level.

again, i vaguely remember seeing some cool shit for this one so this may just be a sad restatement of it, but kiss requiem increases hermes’ precision of what she doubles and lets her do it many times with only one sticker. if, like josuke, she controlled this to a very small scale, she could literally manually heal wounds or mess with the electrical pathways in an enemy’s body.

as soon as you two get together you must understand that you now have a place next to his hair as the other thing in his life that he will swing at a bitch for playing about. he’s obviously incredibly kind, but i do see him throwing a punch at someone if they solicit it. if someone says something really awful, they’ll get his own fist instead of crazy d’s.

yes, josuke obviously brightens any room he’s in, but he’s pretty receptive of your moods and will adjust his plans after the incident accordingly instead of just relying on his charms to make the rest of your date good as usual –

if he feels like you need to be reminded of every little wonderful thing about you, it’s shopping spree time! especially if the harassment was from the sight of yall as a couple, so long as you’re comfortable, expect lots of hand holding and being touted around.

if you really seem defeated he’ll be gentle and mellow, maybe go to get your favorite dessert or something and spend time at one of the quieter landmarks in morioh.

if you need something exciting to get out of your funk he’ll take you to tonio’s or maybe a spin on his motorcycle.

all the meanwhile and once he gets over his utter bewilderment at the things someone could say about you, he really looks at you in a new light. your strength, whether the day’s encounter left you silent or fired up, will never not be incredible to him.

will definitely keep crazy d out if he knows you like hanging around him, but even regardless it’s pretty instinctual. his worry and desire to protect you literally need to overflow into a second vessel :,)

MAN i quite literally scrolled up one last time before pressing post and saw the word ‘fun’ in the ask for the first time 😭 well. what’s not fun about some bittersweet tones and GER Being Weird?

i am absolutely infatuated with those two.

gold experience will scoop up ladybugs and butterflies when gio’s doing his thing, and leaves him thinking they’re hauls off of tourists until he goes to count his earnings and No, Just bugs.

GE grows small flowers into gio’s hair without him noticing. if he gets the opportunity, he likes to take his time doing it up in elaborate braids interwoven with many various blossoms and laurels.

GE really doesn’t like the smell of blood. he will grow something fragrant into giorno’s hand or onto his jacket to deal with being around it.

GE is fascinated by rain and other weather systems. he can control any creature on the earth, yes, but not the thing that governs them most! leave him to watch a plant that’s home to some caterpillars and frogs on a drizzly day, and he’s set.

GE worries that giorno doesn’t smile much because of his own permanently somber expression.

one of GE’s favorite animals is a cheetah, he would like to see one in nature one day. he likes how their eye markings resemble his.

GE can sense when death is near much like a pet can. if an animal, person, or even a long-standing plant around him is succumbing, he needs to be constantly growing vines or otherwise making life or else the feeling becomes overwhelming. it’s not unbearable for giorno, but it makes him wonder if that’s the reason for GE’s ever grieving face.

gold experience requiem doesn’t sleep. or rather, he makes an effort to stay up through the night.

GER was kind of terrified to meet giorno. yes, he’s the crazy powerful being, but it takes a crazy powerful spirit to command or coexist with that.

you know that video of the toad but it’s not Right? like it’s a dream toad? GER sort of... morphs like that sometimes. something about “existing in his truth.”

GER sometimes has many pairs of eyes growing and disappearing all over him at any given time.

GER speaks in languages that are unknown to giorno, and sometimes, you could swear, unknown to any human group.

GER likes to read old fragmentary texts in as close to their original condition as possible. being in italy, he’s able to find everything from classical poetry and epics to centuries old passages from the church. the more incomplete, the better: he enjoys the rare uncertainty of the truth.

one of GER’s favorite places is a nice, sizable library. GE, on the other hand, could never stand the sensation of death eminating from all the paper and leather.
