Week 2 of Cycle 1 almost as well as I hoped for:
Week 2, Cycle 1
Bench Press:
70% of 1RM: 3@130 lbs.
80% of 1RM: 3@150 lbs.
90% of 1RM: 8@165 lbs.
Deadlift:
70% of 1RM: 3@225 lbs.
80% of 1RM: 3@255 lbs.
90% of 1RM: 7@290 lbs.
Overhead Press:
70% of 1RM: 3@85 lbs.
80% of 1RM: 3@95 lbs.
90% of 1RM: 7@110 lbs.
Squat:
70% of 1RM: 3@170 lbs.
80% of 1RM: 3@190 lbs.
90% of 1RM: 10@215 lbs.
Notes: Even with a hook grip, my grip was giving out on my deadlifts preventing me from doing as many reps as I could have. I think I had 2 or 3 more in me but I simply couldn't hold on. My other three lifts felt pretty solid though.
