Did you know that the Once and Future Queen and King had their first kiss on 26th September? If you didn’t, well now you do! And we’re forcing inviting you to celebrate this occasion with a week dedicated to the start of the Royal Slow Burn™. Starting on the 12th anniversary of said occasion, each day of Arwen Fest will have its own title and theme; participants are free to draw inspiration from either or both prompts to create any kind of Arwen-related content.

If you’re having trouble coming up with creations for one, two or even all of the days, we also have a collection of requests people have put in our ask box, and you’re free to replace any of the daily prompts with these. There’s everything there from symbolism, viking AUs and juicy NSFW prompts. Of course, you don’t have to do all of the days - you’re free to participate regardless of the quantity or quality of your submission.

They appear to have some kind of psychic link, as Merlin was able to summon a light to guide Arthur to safety when Arthur went to find the cure to a deadly poison, even though Merlin was both seriously ill and unconscious at the time. (The Poisoned Chalice) This link was also shown when Arthur was bitten by a Questing Beast because when Merlin went to the Isle of the Blessed to save Arthur’s life, Arthur sensed that Merlin was in danger as he became a bit agitated, even though he was unconscious.
