Ooh I’ve been thinking abt this since I saw the message in my inbox… here is what has flitted from my head and into my notes app... mostly these are thoughts and feelings I've had when in conversation w friends and neighbors and waiters and strangers abt new years intentions

in:

daily movement

hurricane table lamps

inner tubing down rivers

kite flying and cloud gazing

celebrating the faith you have in yourself

monthly sleepovers in your living room

nurturing the spiritual connection between yourself and the universe

weekends away from the digital realm

dating your friends and yourself too

waking up to watch the sunrise

taking yourself seriously while remembering that life is a friend you share inside jokes w

cleaning up trash from around your neighborhood

tending to and razing and cultivating the ecosystem of your inner sanctum

floating off into the cosmos sometimes

keeping your creativity alive

rice wax candles

being actively solicitous toward others so you exercise the muscle of practicing kindness and patience w yourself too

cooking at home w seasonal produce

veiling the interior of your life w privacy / only sharing what really matters w the people you’re closest to

writing by hand

cold plunges

knowing that in another dimension this is your dream life

mindless purchasing

setting your intuition aside

trying to forge common ground regardless of incompatibility

absorbing life’s energetic clutter

shrouding yourself in synthetic materials (wearing too much polyester, speaking unkindly to yourself, being disconnected from nature, etc)

rumination lol
