Don't mind me just leaving some Apples and Bourbon related notes here for my own reference
all the Deadly Sins are alphas as alphas are very well-suited for being leaders but that doesn't necessarily mean all of them are good leaders cough cough looking at you Mammon and Satan
anyway I came up with scents for all of them~
Lucifer: We already know him but his scent can basically be described as apple pie. Sweet apple and cinnamon, mm. When he gets angry the cinnamon smell gets strong enough to feel like it's burning your nose
Satan: Brimstone, roasted meat, and even a slight hint of grease (since ya know, weightlifting, metal dumbbells, idk). Getting angry leads to an even heavier brimstone scent. Bleh
Beelzebub: Hers is easy, sugary stuff, like honey and cotton candy, as well as a tequila-like alcohol scent that reminds one of margaritas. Smells like burnt sugar when mad.
Mammon: Metalworking and candied apples, as a sort of shoutout to how his Ring is heavily industrialized, but he nonetheless arranges for all sorts of entertainment to amuse the masses. When in a good mood and attending various shows, he smells very sweet and pleasant. When angry though he begins to smell like blood
Asmodeus: As the Sin of Lust he is practically a cornucopia of wonderful scents sure to delight anyone he meets. Fresh bread, ripe fruits, delicious meats, the works. Very yummy, very attractive. I honestly don't know what he would smell like when angry but it's probably as though all the above scents suddenly rotted and turned sour. Not pleasant.
Leviathan: We don't know a lot about her so it's honestly difficult to decide, but for now I'm just declaring she smells like the ocean. Ya know, seawater, beaches, a nice ocean breeze. Perhaps some piña colada notes. I don't know, I can come up with something better if canon gives us more info about her, but that's the best I can do. Becoming angry makes her smell like rotting seaweed and seafood and whatnot. Ew..
Belphegor: Same issue as Leviathan, we just don't have much characterization for her. But I imagine she has a very mild scent for an alpha, mild enough you don't really notice it, but it smells of clean cotton and feather down. When angry though her pheromones take on a distinct cherry cough syrup kinda smell, and they're actually exceptionally powerful, capable of knocking out any demon who pisses her off. Though she'll likely try to calm someone who's annoying her first, but if that doesn't work, well. Sleepy time
