Going round in circles doesn’t necessarily have to be derogatory. When we place ourselves right at the center as the subject of self study, those individual 360 degrees in a circle where we can position ourselves as the observer will most certainly come in handy by offering us different vantage points for broader self knowledge. So why not go round in circles if it means getting in better spiritual shape. Thank you YogaHolic
