What if, just for special occasions, we build portable shrines?? Dedicated to a certain fandom thing?? (Think ships, idols, shows that never got more content plz bless us with more) But in a fun kind of way that isn’t legit legit but you just kinda wanna do a cult style thing for a thing that’s not trying to be a cult?? Fun times! But here we go:

The general idea is this: you take a basket (of any size/color depending on what you want to dedicate your basket shrine to and how big you’d like to make it), and you’d deck it out in the theme of whatever you’d like to dedicate your shrine to. Think iki bags, but less backpack, more visible?

Examples/basics of things to include:

Cloth to lay down shrine and set up, if you choose to go stationary

Easily movable and removable decorations that match the color scheme of the dedicated topic (ribbons, string, pins to attach charms on the string, prints)

CANDLES (choose the scent, if any at all, that you think would match the topic best :D)

INCENSE (if possible, because fire hazards bad)

Anything else you think would match the theme of the topic! (Candies, plushies, reference objects to the theme, other random “offerings”, heck you could put fresh fruit if you wanted)
