Start out, get moving
We are sitting so many hours, in the office, in our car, in a bus or train... Time to stand up, move and focus our eyeballs away from all displays out to nature. It's always good to make a pause. It's better to move physical than to rest in an armchair.
Electronics & repair
In the middle of the week my fitness bracelet stopped working. The little Li-Ion battery looked like a cushion. I had another one, where the USB plug was cracked and the electronic worked. So I combined the two and started stepcounting into the new month. Cheap fitness bands are not very durable and their producers often change electronics & APPs.
New start - start new
Sometimes we have to take a new beginning. START DOING is the secret ! Whether it's a new blog or new fitness, we have to START. If we lost focus it seems to be hard to begin, but once we have started everything becomes a lot easier.
Warm up
In every sport activity it is essential to warm up before start. Wear warm, breathable clothing and a hood to avoid getting cold.

Eat to stay fit
To stay fit You can eat fresh fruit, nuts and berries, cereals... Prefer mediterranean cuisine & vegetables and little meat. Eat sweets and chocolate in moderation.

I see stairs as little mountains and let elderly & infirm people take the lift. Every stairway is a fitness-studio You can use for free. You can intensify Your training by taking several steps at once and enhancing your pace.
Time to move?
I donât have time is the excuse many people use when it comes to sport and exercise. It is easy to integrate exercise into everyday life. You can go shopping on foot and on a sunny day like today I took a walk through the wonderful landscape and made about 10000 steps.
Is morning golden?
I prefer to get up early. Today before 4.00 a.m. But not everyone does. Some people are owls who have their most productive time later. The point is, to find out Your best times and use them to get the most out of Your day.
Walking is fun
Yesterday on a sunny sunday-morning I made a walk with my camera and found beautiful flowers to picture. After dinner I went out again and in the evening my counter was over 10.000 steps. I like movement outdoor without pressure and walking sticks. Our nordic walker are faster and focused on performance. No matter which level You are - get out, start moving.

In former times we had mechanical step counters. Today we have smart devices. Some phones and every smartwatch (smartband) have integrated counters. They connect via Bluetooth with a smartphone or tablet where you can make your statistics.Â

What You need
...at the beginning are comfortable cloth & shoes and possibly an umbrella. If You do your daily chores on foot and not by car this will help to keep You in shape and healthy. Often the best ideas come to mind during a walk - time for movement and exercise is never waisted.Â
Start today
Today I started to town in the morning to take some photos. The weekly market began at the townsquare. Fresh fruit, vegetables, bread, meat ... were offered. On the way to the supermarket I found beautiful flowers to picture. At the end of the day I had over 11.000 steps on my counter ;<)
