An indifferent radio intern

Aisly started coughing kinda hard. “Okay.. I get the DNA part.. but we’re gonna have a serious discussion about drugging people later..” After a little while she started to shrink a bit and begin growing a tail.

Seti starts furiously scribbling down notes, poking at Aisly a bit and examining her eyes before going back to note taking.

Upon transforming rather slowly, Aisly had turned into a rather fluffy, chubby cat. More impressed than anything else, really, she decided to try out her vocal chords. It sounded a little strange and broken, but she started attempting to speak anyway. "..Naut the wierdest dey eye've had thus week."

She sighed and facepalmed. “Is that what you put in it..?” After a few seconds she moved the hand on her face down to her throat and coughed a little. Burning throat, here we go.

Seti giggles. “I isolated some components of the DNA and distilled it before mixing it with a liquid of high alcohol content and some artificial flavouring to cover up the taste! It went straight to your blood stream!” They were way too happy about doing this.

"Well, all I’m feeling right now is the fact that it tasted pretty bad." Aisly paused for a second. "I remember the blood sample, but.. Oh, that weird cement stuff?"

"Don’t worry, the pain should be around soon." Seti smiles. "Yes, my containment cement! It worked quite well. But what’s actually important is DNA I got from that floating cat in the restroom!"

After staring at the remains of the bottle for a second, she just kinda blinked and looked back at Seti. “..Genetic experiment?” For some reason, though, she didn’t seem at all concerned and was just waiting to see what was gonna happen.

"Well of course! You should feel the reaction in a second. It may…Eh, ti may hurt." Seti grins, shrugging before starting to jot down notes. "Remember that one time I broke into the radio station? You know that day we met and I tested my containment experiment on you?"

She took the bottle and thought about it for a second, then just kinda shrugged and chugged it. Aisly handed them back the empty bottle. “Alright, what was that supposed to accomplish, and why do you look so excited..?”

"Oh…Nothing…" Seti tosses the bottle over their shoulder, where is quickly corrodes on the sidewalk, a thin pile of dust laying there in its place. Their eyes shine happily as they pull out a clipboard, watching Aisly with excitement.

Seti grins and hands over a totally ‘normal’ looking bottle of Gatorade.

She took the bottle and thought about it for a second, then just kinda shrugged and chugged it. Aisly handed them back the empty bottle. "Alright, what was that supposed to accomplish, and why do you look so excited..?"
