My Annihilation

So I got this from another post floating around but I can't find it exactly, so I'll just talk about how I use one.

I use a program called AntiMicro which binds keyboard buttons to a game controller. I use an Xbox controller but I've used a Playstation controller for my computer too so I'm sure it'll match up with that one as well.

You're going to want to download the program (link). I'm using AntiMicro, but there is an updated one called AntiMicroX which I've linked. The original one is still pretty good for me, but hey do as you wish.

So once you've downloaded this program and plugged in your controller, you're going to get a screen like this.

From here, you can just bind the keys from the coli to whatever buttons you want and you're ready to go! And it doesn't have to be just the buttons, I actually use the directional stick to pick my enemies.

This is my specific set up, and I have it like this to minimize how much I move my wrist and fingers. But do as y'all wish.

You do need to have this program open whenever you go and play in the coli with a controller. And be sure FlightRising is your active window if you have multiple windows open because any accidental misclicks will be as if you're mashing your keyboard :V

And that's how you use a controller for the coli! Ever since I changed over it has been SO MUCH EASIER to coli for hours on end. Less pain, less confusion of which enemy you pick. It's great, I highly suggest it.

And this goes for everyone else, please don't push yourself this upcoming NotN if your fingers/wrists/hands start hurting! The controller is a godsend, but not an excuse to go for hours and hours on end.

Here is a list I made that let's you use a controller for the coli for those that have difficulties using the keyboard or general mouse use.

I've used it, and it works great for coli grinding and not hurting yourself.

That being said: PLEASE still pace yourself! This is a two week long event. You're going to have enough time to get all the things you want

Tamtova is one of my few lore heavy kids.

Taking a freshly laid egg from its nest would be consider a crime by most of dragonkind. However it is different for the eggs the Children of Gold bring into the world, in midst their hoard of cursed gold. Tamtova's egg was among the second clutch the Beastmaster rescued from the vault, and a courier was sent to befriended and associates Clans looking to find new homes for them. One of the first Clans informed was the one lead by Tavian and Alix, when they asked around Tamakan was the first one to volunteer. He and Arazi had just adopted their little Aravail and wanted a sibling for her. Of course they knew of the curse and the risk that came with it, but they were ready for it. Or at least they thought they were ready. When Tamtova was hatched, everyone in the clan could tell she was affected by the curse. Her scales were shiny and smooth, as if they had been dipped in gold. She did not behave or even move like a typical hatchling, and she didn't immediately start to eat. These days her fathers figured out how to best care for her, she prefered food that's similar to gold, like the Amber Algae, and letting her dressed herself up with non cursed gold and gems helps her. Through dedicated keeping track and exchange with the Beastmaster, it became apperant that Tamtova's good and bad days were connect to her biological parents' mental state. On good days she was out playing with her sister, like any normal hatchling, on bad days, she was more like a golden statue.

They are finally done!!

Over a year ago I scried the Imperial girl, thinking, never ever will I be able to get that color combo in Imperial, the scry was named "Bye Bye Money", but then in January her grandfather was born, an Imperial male very close in colors and in June finally I had her. Took me till yesterday to get her a matching male.

Also I got 3 Nocturne in the right colors before finally getting an Imp, not from Jek but from his son Tassos.
