We have IQ, intelligence Quotient, why not CQ, Charisma Quotient?

Every human on earth has six essential attributes or abilities which influence their characteristics, such as how likely they are to catch a disease, or the difficulty of saving against their spells. I discussed this with @memecucker once, but to summarise:

STR: strength

DEX: dexterity

CON: constitution

INT: intelligence

WIS: wisdom

CHA: charisma

IQ is an ordinal (I.E, adjusted for populations so the average remains the same) measure of the INT score.

In score of 10 equates to IQ of 100, average intelligence. 9 to 90, 12 to 120, etc.

But there are important parts that are being missed here.

Taxes are not just taking from those who have and giving to those who need. Taxes are the dues you pay for living in a society. Those who are adamant against paying taxes should be allowed to live in the wild. But those who want the benefits of living in a society (especially rich people who destroy competition with patents and have the police protect their ownership of more property than they can use in their lifetime) absolutely have a duty to pay taxes.

Also, while resources can be rationed based on need, a person’s body cannot. Even if someone would literally die without sex, no one can be compelled to give it to them. It’s also why you can’t be compelled to donate organs even when you’re dead. It’s also why it’s an act of tyranny to ban abortion and force people to be pregnant against their will. You can limit how much property someone can own or require them to pay a portion of it to the society that allowed them to obtain it, but a person’s body is 100% theirs and no one can use it without their consent even in a life or death scenario.
