keep going 𖦹

i feel like i am stepping back into myself lately. since coming off my antidepressants i have felt more uncomfortable, distressed, sensitive. basically everything feels more intense. but i am also feeling the entire scope of my emotions again, properly, and realising just how much i became a shell of a person for the few years i was on them. how numb and indifferent i became to everything. i'm getting back into my spirituality; this feels natural again. vital. i feel called to write again, and i am finally able to cry again at how beautiful everything is. i feel like i'm thinking about everything more clearly, and i feel more connected to who i used to be. i can see how much i lost myself over the past few years and idk.. everything just means more to me now
