It's been 5 months since I lost my job and became too disabled to work. I'm at a loss for what to do from here. The pain and exhaustion I live with daily is unrelenting and makes it impossible to do much of anything anymore.
I would give anything to be able to work any kind of job again. I'd give anything to be well enough to go out and see friends and family. ME/CFS has taken everything from me.
Disability denied my appeal, so my lawyer is requesting a hearing before a judge. The wait time for a hearing is 9 to 18 months. After that it takes about 5 months to get approved for payments and start receiving disability benefits. I've already been waiting two years as of this past May.
I am asking for your help. I can't get by on my own and don't have the kind of support system in place most people my age have. So please, if you can donate or even just share I would greatly appreciate it.
