"Oh the one managing the Strife Delivery Service is here, Zack." Rose said, pointing her thumb to where Cloud was waiting, just outside the room. With Zack looking at Rose, as well as James as well. Sighing before standing up, he said to James. "I’ll be right back."

James nodded and went on to arrange the documents in the room and find files as well there. “You may go back now, Rose. I’ll handle it.” He gave a small smile and patted her shoulder a little. “O-oh uh, sure thing Zack. I’ll um just be there if you need me, if you need anything.” This time she pointed using her left index finger towards her desk, her office.

Zack nodded and went to walk to where the one he sure haven’t met in a long time himself, his close friend and ally during his years in SOLDIER many years ago. He stopped in his tracks as he saw him there, Cloud Strife himself. “Cloud…”

Hearing someone whisper his name, Cloud turned his head in the direction of the sound to see someone he believed to be dead. "Z-Zack." Cloud mumbled his name. A flashback of Cloud kneeling over Zack's bloody body played in his head. "No," Cloud said and backed up from the man. "You can't- it can't- I saw-" He tried speaking, but his words never fully came out.

An overflow of emotions hit the blond-haired man. For years he had blamed himself for this man's death, yet here he was, standing in front of him right now. It didn't make sense; Cloud hazily remembered the bullet wounds across Zack's torso, and the blood that had stained Cloud's hair. Nobody could have survived that, and yet here Zack was, standing in front of him.

Cloud tried to speak, but once again failed. Instead, his gaze lowered to the ground as he simply said: "Zack.."

"It's beautiful up here." Cloud said. Upon a cliff the blonde-haired man stood, gazing into the sky as the sun rose. Not having any duties for the time being allowed him to do what he rarely ever did: relax. A gentle breeze blew past him, his spikey hair wavered with it. The rest of the world was toned out as he enjoyed the shimmering sun.

"Oh it took quite a while… at least 5 for the academy itself and another 5 for the older sections. The city constantly evolves, it seems, but the most was around 25 years." She appreciated Cloud’s enthusiasm for the unknown, and she made her way with him to a mainstreet where he could see the academy better. "That’s where I work. It’s pretty busy right now, though. It’s always jammed with scientists who don’t look where they’re going," she laughed.

Although Gaia spoke, Cloud could hardly focus on what she was saying; his attention was, instead, on gazing at all of the wonders of this Academia. "This place is so much nicer than Midgar." His eyes couldn't stop taking notice of everything the city had over the city he resided in. it was incredible.

Cloud, returning his attention back to Gaia, followed her to the main street, where she showed him where she worked. "Wow." he said, astounded. "That place looks like it pays well."
