Ive been dealing with major burnout and captial-D depression lately and so ive gotten totally obsessed with trans woman Ranma fanfics to make my brain feel goo.

I was browsing on fanfiction.net today and found a fic based on this old sketch I made forever ago, it made me so happy that I wanted to quickly sketch a new thingy! (Now they’re both into it lol) not that Ryoga wasn’t into it before, he’s just not as embarrassed Lemme very briefly tell you how I imagine Ranma and Ryoga got into this situation whenever I listen to this song

I imagine Ranma being fed up with the pressure from the engagement, after the failed wedding everyone’s been on his ass wanting to force another wedding attempt, Akane is even on board (can’t blame her) And we all know Ranma, he doesn’t like to be cornered like that so he plans the biggest f*ck you to everyone who is deciding his future for him. He goes and does for once what HE wants in the moment, that being getting to sleep with someone as a girl just to go against everything his dad stands for and has been abusing him for. His partner in crime? Ryoga of course, but not out of malice or under any lies, he straight up tells him what he wants and Ryoga (at this point being a close friend more than a rival) accepts.

of course at first it’s just casual but eventually they develop feelings, duh
