Shuro pretty much has Laios’ number on a lot of things, so he knows right away that this is a shapeshifter. But I think explaining why would cut too close to difficult things about his relationship with Laios that he’d rather not say outright, so he just waits for others to say it first. 😔

*not a shipping post* bc that ship has sailed (pun intended) and i think repairing their friendship would be the best thing for them. i love reminiscing about childhood memories w my friends. and i think that reminiscing w an ex childhood friend (given the friendship didnt end terribly) would be a great way to start talking normally again.

im on a mission to forge some friendships for this pathetic man. starting with level 1 difficulty, Hien, childhood friends gone distant. but not anymore!!! hopefully now the tension between him and the other retainers will loosen more.
