Going Through Life

if you feel like you need to romanticize things to manage getting them done— having breakfast, getting out of bed, doing your work— or consciously need to choose to be nice to people every day, that’s not you being a fake. you’re not a fraud for being overly conscious of how you present yourself, you’re not fooling anyone, you’re getting by and you’re trying. you’d be surprised by how many of us do the same things. the fact that “normal” things require more energy and effort from you doesn’t mean that you’re in any way unworthy or a bad person.

All I do is visualize my dream home and wealthy husband spoiling & adoring me...I don’t even have a wealthy boyfriend yet so I’m shifting my energy a bit
