I’m so excited to reach my UGW and freak everyone out haha. originally I was going to stop at 100 lb but it’s now 90 lb because I got in an arguement with my sister. she said she wanted to lose weight so I gave her some pointers how to grocery shop and she said I was toxic and unappreciated. she means well but when ur that big maybe listen to the skinny one?
anyways, since I’m not allowed to make them lose weight and comment on THEIR food intake (despite ME being the one always one-sidedly hearing their vents about being f4t) then that gives me the free pass to go as low as I want. Questioned? “I don’t comment on your food so don’t comment on mine.”
I’ve never had food noise (thankfully) and rarely feel hungry, so WHY lowkey rn am I HUNGRY at 12 AM?? First time this has happened to me since eating ~900 cals a day. Is this how f4t people feel?
