I redrew this drawing I made when I was 6. They were Neopets for my brother and I. My brother’s got FLAMES and I was coloring with a marker color named ELECTRIC BLUE so I made mine ELECTRIC but also WITH SKULLS. (Because I loved the skulls your chao could wear in Chao Garden on SA2B. And my brother’s already had flames so mine couldn’t have flames! It needed SOMETHING ELSE of course.)
They’re edgy little goofballs and I love them. Childhood is precious. I wish I had more old art of mine to redraw.
I just realized that Faerie should make them more insectoid, but I like the idea of them being more mammalian and the wings are just the reminants of genetics that are no longer in use and only remain aesthetically. Kinda like ….Vestigial. They’re honestly too small to actually lift them any higher than a few inches.
Also, my trend of giving my character’s the most extra shoes continues.

Experimented with something new for this!! but wanted to draw my faerie ixi Emily ;w; I’m still indecisive with her hair- sorry it keeps changing each time I draw her but I like the soft pink- Also some fun facts while I’m at it~ Emily is originally from meridell and was born faerie she has a fascination with King skarl due to her first try being one that she got him to laugh hysterically and received a petpet from him ( a king skarl erisim ) she can’t really fly, but her wings are delicate Emily often times weaves flower crowns and tries giving them to those who’d like them ( but most people refuse making her a little sad )
