Hi, you might know me as the FE3H portrait guide guy who made a detailed tutorial on the FE3H portrait style as well as a little guide for the school uniform dress code!

I'm going to admit something embarrassing. I ran out of space on my Google account and deleted some folders and without realizing I had DELETED THE PORTRAIT GUIDE like an idiot (and deleted permanently so it can't be recovered 😭)

It was completely on accident so I'm asking for help. I won't be able to remake a guide that detailed for a LONG while so if ANYONE saved it like made a copy or downloaded it as a doc/pdf file PLEASE REACH OUT TO ME... I want people to continue having access to it so it would mean a LOT to me if anyone has managed to save it!!!

Hi my Dear!

This ask genuinely stopped me for a second because i remember sitting with these exact thoughts and not knowing what to do with them. Like i used to ask myself why am i even writing this. who is this for. someone already wrote this story and they wrote it perfectly so what am i adding to the world and honestly?? i had no good answer for a very long time…

And I think every writer goes through this. like i genuinely believe there is not a single person who has ever taken writing seriously and not felt like a fraud at some point. It’s almost like a rite of passage nobody warns you about

What actually helped me was just writing the thing anyway. Even when it felt pointless. Even when i was convinced it was bad. Because at some point i realized waiting until i felt “good enough” meant i was never going to write anything at all

But the bigger shift was when i stopped trying to compete with what already exists and started asking myself okay but has anyone written it the way MY brain works. and the answer is always no. because there is literally no one on this planet who thinks exactly like you. Not one person. You have your own specific weird little world in your head, your own characters who probably feel more real to you than some people do, your own way of describing a feeling or a moment that no writing class can teach someone.

like the trope can be done a thousand times. It doesn’t matter. What makes a story stick is not the plot. it’s whether you can feel the person behind it. whether it’s honest. whether something in it makes you go oh wow, someone else knows what that feels like...
