Come on people, I know the current timeline sucks, but how can you doubt that she loved him? She’s more subtle and discreet than he is, so she doesn’t wax poetic about him like he does. But it’s the little things. The way she was constantly touching him and comforting him at worlds 2017 when he fell and was feeling so bad about it. The way she was always jumping in to defend him when people would comment his famous reaction to the hockey game at the olympics, and he was clearly embarrassed about it, but she would immediately say “wasn’t that great? He’s just so passionate about it!”. The way she would say how amazing he is, and how lucky she’s been to have him. How he always made her feel safe and comfortable with her body. The way she would always emphasize that he never dropped her once in 22 years. The way she would always defend him when the topic of the surgery came up, and how they didn’t talk for months, but she was always like “it’s my fault because I didn’t explain my pain to him. We both suffered” when he clearly still felt so much guilt about the whole situation. The way she always said “I didn’t notice anyone but Scott, it’s just the two of us”. She lost weight after Jackie appeared, she was sad. She’s not the type of person that shouts from the rooftops, but all these things make me sure that she loved him. I personally wouldn’t even bother for someone I didn’t love. I understand that some of you have doubts given the situation. But if there’s one thing I’m sure about, its the fact that they were madly in love. Both of them.

Some racist asshole run a muslim family down with his pick-up truck this afternoon in London (Ontario), killing four and leaving only one family member alive. The terrorist was a 20-year old islamophobic dude who targeted muslims and wanted to kill as many of them as possible; when the police arrested him, he was wearing body armor, he had intended to commit more than just murders. There's a 9-year old who lost his family and is in the hospital right now. It's heartbreaking.

Correction: I skipped over a few words typing too fast. I meant to say “as reported this afternoon”. The attack happened last evening.
