So normally, on a day like today when I get home late and haven't been to the grocery for the week, I'd just stop somewhere quick and try to eat halfway healthy. I just wasn't feeling it today. I've been too lazy lately in cooking, especially after work. So I stopped at Kroger, got some turkey smoked sausage, couple green peppers, and some mushrooms, chopped it all up, popped it in a pan with an onion, some Cajun seasoning, and coconut oil. BAM.
