baelor x dunk, AND HERE ME OUT NOW, in a daemon au.
Dunk has a beautiful white stoat named Morrow. He’s small enough to curl in hands or hide beneath a cloak. Many don’t expect a creature to be accompanying such a large man, and even more, they expected a creature so small to be nervous or tempered. Instead, Morrow is gentle.
He loves easily. Children adore him. When Dunk doubts himself, Morrow is openly affectionate, climbing into his lap or pressing his face beneath his chin until he laughs. There were stories among squires that men twice Dunk’s rank had stepped back in shame after being stared down by a tiny white stoat standing at a Dunks feet. He did not bare his teeth often, but when he did, it meant serious business.
Baelor’s daemon is named Veyr. She’s a golden eagle with copper feathers and an unshakably watchful gaze. She speaks little. Veyr reflects the part of Baelor forged by duty, disciplined, and the burden of leadership. She’s able to circle high above tourney grounds or castles (there are rumors that they are able to be separate in long distances); ever vigilant, and measuring. Despite all the regal composure, Veyr loves deeply. She’s was fiercely protective of those Baelor cares for, even a bit colder in judgment.
