The plant releasing a large sigh from his nonexistent lungs, before he turned back to Irene. Hesitating, before slowly holding up the box as though presenting an elegant sword.

Keeping her thoughts sealed behind tightly closed lips, Irene knelt down as she accepted the box from his leaves. Taking a moment to examine it as she rose up, before turning for the nearest desk.

"I'm all ears."

"Hmm, this may take a moment... Paya?"

At the call, the shy girl's head leapt up from her own notes before she straightened with her hands folded in front of her.

"Y.. Yes, Irene?"

"Could you show our maps to Repeater?" she asked, gesturing briefly over at the surprised plant, "Perhaps your shared knowledge may help determine what path our foes at taking. It would be of great use for his mission if we could have at least an estimate of where we might find them."

Paya perked, her mouth forming a small "o" as she seemed to reach out. Though hesitated, sharing a nervous glance at the Sergeant who was trying to decide what to make of her. Though something seemed to shift into place, as the young lady's gaze became resolute. Determined, perhaps to prove something, as she stood up from her seat and gracefully strode over.

"Of course!" she nodded, respectfully bowing to the startled plant, "Allow me to show you our maps of the regions, honorable Sergeant. Including a more detailed one of Hebra, where we believe they may be traveling."

Caught off guard by the sudden signs of genuine respect, Repeater shifted back with his leaves raised as if to steady himself. Glancing between Twilight, then Paya, then the box, then Irene, then Paya again, then Twilight... Before letting out a sigh.

"Alright, young lady," he relented, sending one more glance in Twilight's direction as he allowed himself to be guided away, "I think I might have a good idea, based on what I've heard."

Irene continued to tap away at the screen, though as the seconds passed her fingers began to slow to a stop. Looking up to take a discreet glance over at the departing plant and girl, before she let out a pleased hum.

"... I'm just trying to warn you," Repeater tried to explain, sweat particles dripping off his head as he shifted nervously, "Freaks are worth millions..."

Irene stared at him for what felt like an age, before curtly nodding.

"Noted... Now, where is this box that needs opening?"

Perking, the Sergeant reached behind his stem. Fishing around in nothingness for a moment, before pulling out the large rectangular box from seemingly nowhere.

"That shouldn't be a problem..."

Repeater blinked, his eyes cartoonishly wide with surprise as he looked over Irene as he seemed to see her in a new light.

"Wait. You're the Code Freak?"

"Yes...?"

"Sounds like a solid plan, if we can just pull it off..."

"To be honest, I thought you were going to ask me and my men to fight along side yours."

Irene readily shook her head, setting the device back on the table in full view of everyone. Explaining herself with a flourish of her now empty hand.

"Even if we were to ask, pressuring you is the last thing we intend on doing."

"Well. Seeing as this is a "job opportunity," that suggests there's a reward. So, what would payment be?"

"We can offer a great deal of things," Irene replied, lifting finger after finger as she listed off.

"Additional comforts. Increased protection. Safe passage from our world once the exit opens. Any item of worth that can be found in this version of Hyrule. The only thing I am uncertain I can offer is monetary reward. Due to the simple fact that its worth may not extend beyond this world."

"Pardon for interrupting Miss, but I am the tricks and defense," Repeater interjected with a straight stem and a salute.

Perhaps they would be able to forge a more solid alliance with him in time.

Irene cupped her chin, observing in thought as the plant tried not to shift under heavy gaze.

"... Repeater. Do understand that you are not under any obligation to assist us in our time of need. However, I would like to offer a proposition at this time. A potential job opportunity, if you may. Though only if it is of interest to you."

A hint of a smile pulled at Irene's lips, before she dived into her proposition.

"As you may have surmised, I'm in an uncomfortable position at the moment while in the middle of plotting our strategy for the next battle ahead. One that if my suspicions are correct, will take place in the Northwester settlement known as Rito Village. Home of the winged Rito tribe who master the skies. The information pertaining to this Collector unsettles me, as without the necessary data points pertaining to his power's cooldown. I am hesitant to do anymore then evacuate the village before our foe's arrival. Lest their be a massacre similar to that of my home village... I will not send an army to be slaughtered, nor will I allow my friends to step within range of such a devastating power. I am in dire need of information. Meanwhile, you are in possession of plants that can navigate at high speeds, undetectable underground."

"Wait, wait," Repeater held his leaves out as though to stop her, "Let me see if I understand. You don't want to send anyone to that village because you're afraid that Slim will use Atrophy again."

Irene's eyes widened for a second as a name was given to the power, though controlled herself as the Sergeant continued on.

"So you'd like me to send one of my men to spy on them, until they let slip what you need?"

Irene's smile grew as she seemed to have gained the plant's interest. Before turning to one of the desks covered in various parts and tools, as well as a currently dormant Dragonfly Device.

"Not quite," she replied, removing a smaller disk shaped device from the desk, "I just need your stealthiest plant to connect this device to either the Collector himself, or whatever person or object is likely to remain close to him at all times."

"What exactly does that thing do?"

At that, her chest puffed up with pride as she gestured to the device.

"Luckily, our friend down there didn't seem to be much of a fighter. Maz Koshia warped her away and took over the console."
