You know what is crazy to me is that historically this time period of self portraiture we are in now will be studied and art professors in the future will describe it like, “This was the time that mass amounts of women became artists and works of art simultaneously, and regularly came out with revolutionary work that changed the way we view bodies and sex as we know it… A true turning point in self expression. And a majority of the men at that time tried their absolute best to ruin it with their blatantly mysogynistic and morally and shamefully wrong outlooks. This was the time period when every knew, especially men, that women were artistic geniuses and that frightened them beyond belief.”
