I assume you mean Ari Behn, who shared an anecdote of Kevin making an aggressive pass under the table at a dinner years ago.  The tabloid media labels him an “accuser” to help inflate their narrative. Regardless, it’s a terrible tragedy for Mr. Behn and his family. He struggled with depression (he even wrote a book about it) and alcoholism throughout his life. The holidays can be particularly triggering for many people, and sadly he died by suicide. To suggest otherwise does a great disservice to anyone suffering from depression, and to those who have lost beloved family members to it. My heart goes out to his family and loved ones. May he rest in peace.

I do find it interesting, for sure. Maybe someone can correct me, but he hasn’t tweeted or said anything in public about Kevin these past two years has he? I don’t know what their current relationship is, or if he’s privately supported Kevin, but he must have felt strongly that perhaps this isn’t what KS should be doing.  I mean, if one were to step outside of the fan bubble and view his appearance from a different perspective, you can see how a public reading of that particular poem could appear as tone deaf. It’s my belief that Kevin has reasons for doing what he’s doing, but perhaps not everyone connected with Kevin is on the same page?  I don’t know. (This is my new mantra: “I don’t know.” Ha!)

Having said that, I didn’t think it was necessary for Dana to suggest that Mr. Tinti was blinded by vanity.  He was clearly thrilled and honored that a great actor agree to read his poem. Not everyone is immersed in the hatred on social media.  So, it was kinda assholey to squish his moment.

For anyone reading this who doesn’t know what anon is referring to:

I think there are reasons for everything he’s doing right now, but those reasons are not necessarily geared towards a comeback per say.  For those fans who get upset when I say such things, keep in mind I can’t say anything with absolutely certainty. I would never presume to know what Kevin thinks or feels. It’s just an informed opinion that I am offering because I was asked :)  

That doesn’t mean he doesn’t have plans. No doubt he does. The question is: what motivates those? Stay tuned. 

It is important to note that the poetry reading wasn’t “impromptu” as reported by the MSM.  In their continuing quest to disparage Kevin at every turn, the agenda driven media portrayed Kevin as so desperate for attention that he cornered unsuspecting museum visitors into listening to him pity himself. 

The truth, as always, is quite different. According sources who were there, and who shared with me (Thank you! You know who you are), this was planned over a month ago, where a small contingent of the press was invited but asked to keep it very hush hush. The poet, Gabriele Tinti, wrote the poem (The Boxer) with Kevin in mind, and had been hoping Kevin might read it. He was instrumental in helping bring the event to fruition. It was planned, supported, and both the museum and the poet were thrilled to have Kevin there in person. 

I should also note that Kevin did read the poem twice - the second time was inspired by the enthusiasm of the crowd that had gathered outside to see what was going on - the museum is glass. When Kevin stepped outside, the crowd “went crazy” for him and so he jumped on a bench and recited it again.
