all you need is a good shower and a slow night to start believing life is worth living again
i don’t have a five year plan because every two years i realize i need a different life
love saying "question mark?" out loud when I'm talking about something i'm unsure of

''i wasted those years'' who cares. you lived the only life you could've lived in those moments
Some Scene Prompts - Fluffy Tired Stuff
A basically being half asleep before they've even gotten up from their desk to start getting ready for bed, so B comes in to brush their hair and deal with skincare stuff and eventually convince A to get up to go to bed (bonus points for B talking to A the whole time to keep them awake enough to get themselves to bed at all).
---
A going quiet in the car while B is driving, B looking over to see A has crashed and is well and truly asleep (finally) and B leaves the car radio turned down but still left on in the hopes of keeping A asleep so they actually get some rest.
---
A playing with B’s hair to try and get B to at least slow down and maybe chill out a bit more, if not fall asleep, while A is still trying to act normal and not give away the fact they’re trying to get B to sleep (because B will absolutely not have a bar of it if they think that’s happening).
Some Scene Prompts - Panic Attacks
TW: depictions of panic attacks (based on my experiences + close friends), mention of injurious behaviour to self.
A grabbing B's hands because they're going to hit things and hurt themself and pulling them into a firm hug/hold, not being upset when they hit A because they're panicking and not in control.
"you need to breathe. slowly."
A pulling B into their shoulder and leaning their head on B's/putting their chin on top of B's head as they start to calm down, not releasing the firm grip they have on B because the pressure seems to be calming them.
B eventually exhausts all the tears and the anxious energy and goes heavy in A's arms because they've finally given in to the sleep they so desperately need.
---
"eyes on me. I'm here."
A pulling B's hands gently away from their own neck to the hem of A's shirt so they don't scratch at their throat or tear their shirt.
A holding B loosely by the wrists to keep their hands away from themself while they're not in control of themself.
"you can scream, cry, hit me if that's what you need to get it out right now but I'm not letting you hurt yourself."
A asking B quietly if they want to lay on top of them to be more comfy, and so A doesn't have to keep holding B by the arms as they calm down.
A starts humming/singing quietly to B, still holding on to them and hoping the vibration of their voice from their chest calms B more.
what sensory overload could look/feel like - writing prompts
zoning in and out, struggling to stay present for long and struggling very much to be present in the first place (it can almost feel easier to just let go and wait it out).
being unusually irritable, snappy, or upset and potentially not being aware of it.
intense sensory-seeking or sensory-avoiding behaviour like pressing or squeezing body parts, covering eyes or ears tightly, possibly even running away or leaving the area.
feeling like your skin is hot (while not actually being hot or sweaty, it's just a feeling essentially on the outside layer of skin?)
clothing and/or accessories suddenly feeling uncomfortable or even unbearable.
being more sensitive to things you wouldn't usually have issues with (e.g. music being very hard to handle when normally you'd always have it on)
feeling like walls have closed in on you, almost like you're now in some invisible box.
generally speaking when it comes to mental and physical health, if you're asked "do you struggle with this" and your answer is "no, Because I Have A System," then your answer is actually yes
