Boy Meets WHAT was never a question but a statement.
-Theory Time- Boy Meets Evil wasn’t our answer, we still have W.H.A.T.
in outro: her , W.H.A.T. is actually revealed to us:
내 모든 wonder (wonder) 에 대한 answer (answer) I call you her, her ‘Cause you’re my tear, tear
w- wonder h- her a- answer t- tear
namjoon revealed that the albums weren’t being released in order. (hence why Her was released 1st despite being second in the order of the acronym and phrase.)
Love Yourself: Her has the 承 symbol which is second character in the phrase 起承轉結 that they used for the Highlight Reel shorts. so it all connects. Her is second in the acronym WHAT and second in the HR phrase. serendipity is the intro to her and the outro is self titled so that means :
起 - outro: Wonder (rapline) / intro: Euphoria (vocalist) 承 - outro: Her (rapline) / intro: Serendipity (vocalist=Jimin) 轉 - outro: Tear (rapline) / intro: Singularity (vocalist) 結 - outro: Answer (rapline) / intro: Epiphany (vocalist)
(the intro titles are taken from the words they flashed on the screen at the MMAs as they were paired w the words we fit into the WHAT acronym.. they were shown in this order too..)
Jin narrated the Highlight Reels and he continues to narrate during the MMA performance which translates to:
“Loving someone is loving the world But we wear masks from the fear The fear that is not being loved by who we are Fake love is bound to end in parting
In the end, what we need to face Is the courage to let go of ourselves And become one who will truly love
Loving the world from loving ourselves
Love myself” cr. ktaebwi
The story of Love Yourself is the journey of fighting within ourselves to find our true worth without wearing a mask that we think will be accepted by people around us. It is about loving ourselves, loving others, and letting other love us for who we really are.
We have 12 days left.
On December 14th, the vote to repeal Net Neutrality will take place. Unless we do something to stop it or to change this or change the minds of those voting, we will lose Net Neutrality. We’re dealing with corporations attempting to monopolize the Internet.
We have 12 days before we lose the Internet and enter an era of loss.
We have 12 days before the inevitable repeal is put in place, and as time continues to go on, we’re losing opportunities to stop it. The FCC no longer recognizes emails and other online petitions. There have been too many bots, and, as such, have decided to essentially ignore anything that has to do with online support for net neutrality. If you want to make a change, you’re going to have to make direct contact—write a letter or call your representatives.
We have 12 days before the Digital Age may fall, and if it doesn’t completely collapse, then it will surely be wounded. We’re risking an end to the entire age of information that the Internet has sparked, between censorship and unfairly high payment and god knows what else could be implemented once they have control.
We have 12 days before the free and open Internet perishes. We have 12 days to do anything in our power to prevent this, but time is running it and so are ways to deal with it. We cannot sit idly by and wait or let others do the work for us; we cannot hope for the best without taking action of our own; we cannot rely on everyone else to put these changes into place when everyone else is in that same mindset.
We have 12 days before they vote to put their plans into place. ISPs can and will charge you extra for certain sites, slow streaming services, and block websites altogether.
As someone who dreams to have work in the creation of content, this is the most horrifying outcome—and I’m far from being the only one who thinks that. The Internet is where artists of all kind flock and may be sheltered, where they can show their work. This is how they can put their name into the world, this is how they can become known, this is how they can accomplish their goals, but all of that will be ripped away. All of this hangs in the balance, and we’re still far from tipping the scales in our favor.
Of course, anyone reading this may think I’m just being overdramatic, but we’re talking about a practically immeasurable scale of negative change. You may say we just need to pay the price for the new Internet and move on with our lives, but how? Some people are lucky enough to have access as it is, but that will change. Censorship and blocking will run rampant, and it won’t be stopped, not when the people who issued this censorship are the ones in charge. Creative minds, even those with the financial stability to be able to keep up with the permanently changed online world, will still face constant challenges and limits in the content they will be putting into the world. But these effects will only dig deeper and deeper. Members of the LGBT+ community will no longer find the platforms of massive support they once found on the free Internet; relationships, friendships, connections of all kinds built in the online world will be severed and lost; the spread for social causes and fights against injustice will be diminished; an entire community will die. Education will be effected, business will be effected, day-to-day lives will be effected, the way we receive information will be effected, the way we connect to each other in the constantly advancing world will be effected, everyone will be effected.
We have 12 days to act before we lose it all, and I’ll be damned if I stand aside and watch it happen. Spread the word, call your representatives, write as many letters as you can muster, do everything in your power to fight back. We cannot be suppressed, we cannot let all that we’ve made go to waste. We cannot let minds full of beauty and groups of love wither away. We cannot let free knowledge become hidden and costly. We cannot let ourselves be limited by the corrupt, especially on such a large scale. We cannot let them have this advantage against us. We cannot wait, because the time for waiting is over. We take action now or we lose, we all lose. Fight for Net Neutrality.
We have 12 days before we’re too late. Don’t let it be too late.

Imagine paying $40 extra a month for Tumblr
That’s what is going to happen if we let Ajit Pai, the FCC chairman, go through with repealing Title II (AKA Net Neutrality).
Simply put, without Net Neutrality, Internet Service Providers like Comcast, Verizon, and AT&T will be able to “bundle” websites much like cable ON TOP OF paying for internet connection. “Want access to Netflix AND Tumblr? Get the Entertainment Package! $40 a month. What about Amazon and Ebay? Add an extra $20 a month to get the Shopping Package.”
Not only will they be able to bundle websites and charge more, they will also be able to censor and block websites that they don’t agree with entirely.
THIS WILL BE THE END OF INTERNET AS WE KNOW IT.
For business owners, it will be even worse. Ex: Comcast will ask Amazon to pay high fees to be available in a low-cost package, fees that websites like Poshmark or Etsy will not be able to pay. Therefore, only Fortune 500’s will be available to web users at a low cost. Say goodbye to Etsy (unless you’re willing to shell out $70 a month for the “All-Inclusive” package).
To learn about Net Neutrality, why it’s important, and/or want tools to help you fight for Net Neutrality, visit BattleForTheNet (https://www.battleforthenet.com)
There are five people deciding the future of the internet, three men (Rep) and two women (Dem). The two women have come out as No votes. We need only to convince ONE of the other members to flip to a NO vote to save Net Neutrality.
There are many ways you can help:

Most importantly, VOTE. This should not be something that is so clearly split between the political parties as it affects all Americans, but unfortunately it is.
🚨 The internet needs you 🚨
You’re up again, Tumblr.
Back in 2015 you demanded that the FCC adopt strict net neutrality rules and establish a free and open internet. And you won.
That should’ve been the end of it. But apparently not.
The new head of the FCC wants to undo the net neutrality protections you fought so hard for.
His proposed changes open the door to your web traffic being slowed down, or even blocked altogether. You could be forced to pay extra to use your favorite apps. You could even be prevented from getting news from the sources you trust.
Title II protects consumers and democracy by ensuring all voices can be heard.
You know the drill. Here’s what to do:
The FCC is taking comments from the public, and dearfcc.org is making it as simple as possible for you to make your voice heard.
Go there now 👉 dearfcc.org ✌️
You’ll just need to provide a name, an address, and then say a little bit about why rolling back Title II protections is a bad idea. If you’re not quite sure what to write, here’s something to get you started:
I’m writing to urge you to keep our Open Internet rules based on Title II in place. Without them, we could lose the internet as we know it.
The proposed changes to FCC rules would allow fast lanes for sites that pay, and force everyone else into slow lanes. We’ve already seen access to streaming services like Netflix, popular games like League of Legends, and communication platforms like FaceTime slowed down, or even blocked. Conditions like this hurt businesses large and small, and penalize the users who patronize them.
The changes also open the door to unfair taxes on internet users, and could also make it harder for blogs, nonprofits, artists, and others who can’t pay up to have their voices heard.
Please leave the existing net neutrality rules based on Title II in place.
Thank you!
If you need more ammo, feel free to quote these experts from our net neutrality Issue Time. TechCrunch and Battle for the Net also have some good starters.
Everyone is counting on everyone else here. Do your part and tell the FCC to keep a free and open internet under Title II.
THE ONE TIME I AGREE WITH @staff
alright I’ve been hesitant to reblog a net neutrality post to my snake blog but fuck, even staff is on this boat, I hope it comes across as important
For our American followers: I apologize for posting this because it’s outside our theme, but it’s absolutely essential that we don’t let this happen. Call your representatives. Resist.
Hey guys,
So this is why reposting art without credit is a shitty thing to do.
This Jonny Gordo fellow posted my Stranger Things fan art to his blog and it was picked up by the Tumblr Radar - last time I checked the post had over 75,000 notes. I’ve reported it, it’ll get removed, that’s cool. But since it’s been up it’s been shared and reposted by several Instagram accounts, a few of which have *millions* of followers. I’m a freelance illustrator, it’s how I make a living, and social media is a big part of how I find clients and work. Having my art pop up in the feeds of 4-5 million people could have been extremely beneficial to my career (some companies and creators I admire follow these accounts), if the artwork was actually credited to me, and not to Jonny Gordo, the reposter.
I’m fortunate enough to be at a place where this isn’t devastating to me, it’s just a bummer (knock on wood). But to a younger and/or struggling artist, this kind of thing has the potential to make or break them. It could be a huge missed opportunity and may result in them not getting the work they need to continue with their career. When I checked out this guy’s tumblr, I saw a bunch of reposted art without credit, so who knows how often this kind of thing is happening.
Reblog, don’t repost. If you do need to repost, make sure you credit the artist, google image search takes two seconds. Don’t take credit for other people’s work.

literally most things that people write off as just ‘textures’ to use in graphics are stolen & unsourced material created by artists or photographers NOT meant to be used as elements in projects without royalty payments. you can say ‘it’s just random tumblr posts they don’t care’ but you wouldn’t want someone to take your work and edit into their work so they can be praised for their beautiful style and creativity even if they just post it on social media w/o profit, would you?? so maybe if you browse pinterest or google images for pictures without finding the original source, you’re using images that you’re not allowed to use without realizing it.
you see it on here a lot especially in (i won’t link anything but i’m sure you know what i mean) those album track ‘aesthetics’ posts, au ‘aesthetic’ posts (you see these less in kpop, but where people use non-royalty free images to kinda craft a visual au), and even just rather typical graphics that have a lot of ‘texture’ elements. and texture packs too!! that’s often where the problem starts; people just collect images (often literal art), compile them in a folder w/o sources, then insist no one can repost those images w/o crediting the person who compiled them. what???
SO may i suggest some of my fave places you can get FREE, ROYALTY-FREE elements that are totally legal to use
creativemarket has 6 free high-quality resources (textures, brushes, fonts, etc), different every week! wow awesome i check it every week
search ‘freebie’ on behance. awesome stuff!!! lots of v nice templates textures and fonts
mockup zone freebies
unsplash: tons of very nice free photographs, not shitty stock photos
pexels: same idea. + they have an adobe plugin so you can get photos without closing your editor damn nice
pixelsquid is a super cool free program (again w a ps plugin that i love) with lottts of super cool hq 3d elements!
as to not make this too long: spoongraphics, lostandtaken (textures galore), pixeden, freebiesbug.
I’m gonna add a few more:
Morguefile is my favorite free stock photo site
Texturemate is full of excellent free textures, brushes, and patterns.
Transparent Textures actually lets you combine colors and patterns to build your own texture right there in the browser.
psa
acne fucking sucks and we want to get rid of it but if you have acne you aren't ugly and if you can't get rid of it then who cares acne is a natural thing that happens.

You never think it happens to you until it does. You never think that you’d be the one that people reblog tips for.
I wash just closely followed and taped by a man at a convention today. The only reason I’m here to talk about it is because of said reblogged tips. They might have just saved me.
When I saw that man behind me, I did a run-through of everything I knew to keep me safe. Everything I saw on this website that would help me. First, I made sure I was being followed. I picked up my pace, went around tables sporadically, mixed up my directions. I never stopped moving. When I saw he was still the same distance behind me, I knew.
Second, I looked for my friends. I had come with three other people and had split up to look at merch. But when I couldn’t find them, I did what I never thought I’d have to do. I thank all of the people I followed for reblogging it so many times.
I picked a random cosplayer my age (a Midoriya cosplayer of 15-16 years) and pretended that I just met a long lost friend. I leaned in close to give them a hug and then whispered that I was being followed. They understood IMMEDIATELY and let me follow them to a different booth. It wasn’t until I grouped with them that the man stopped following me. I later went to security and the man was already someone who they were having trouble with earlier.
Moral of the story: Please reblog tips for safety on your dash. I don’t care if it doesn’t fit. If I didn’t think of pretending I knew someone, something worse could’ve happened to me. If you’re being followed, don’t be afraid to pretend you know someone. Be careful out there. You never think it’s going to be you until it happens.
