5/27 will be my anniversary

Sooo...I am kind of disappointed 😞 because when I think about how would I look and feel now if only I followed my diet religiously, it's just uuuuhhh. Went to the doctor and was advised for an MRI...my left knee is in a pretty bad shape. The injury happened 2 years ago but I know my weight is not helping at all. I will be getting treatment but will also keep my diet and activity levels in check because I'm afraid of spending the next years of my life confined in a chair or bed. Will be posting daily to keep me accountable. Help me out, guys.

So I’ve been slacking and the weight is coming back up. That is very hard for me to admit. Now people are saying I can’t do it and there’s nothing I can do about it because of GENETICS, Well, that’s it. Time to rev up the engine. Let’s see. Believers inspire me. Doubters...well they just make me a CHAMPION. I’ll be actively updating from now on to keep me accountable. Let’s just say my new year is on February. Hahahahaha. HAPPY CHINESE NEW YEAR EVERYONE!!!

Expect some changes on my blog.

From now on, I will not be reblogging “fitspo.” Pictures will be of delicious keto food, me enjoying life and updates about how I feel and what’s happening in my world. For far too long, I’ve been image-obsessed, at the expense of my own mental and physical wellbeing. Life is about so much more than how we look. Health is very important, but it looks different on each one of us. I want to focus on what my body and mind can DO and how I FEEL, and as an extension, how I make others feel. I think compassion, intelligence and humor are far more important than finally fitting into a smaller-sized pair of jeans.
