Mostly hard ice cream {creamy pack (4 liter), bulk pack (5 liter)} is demanded from marriage hall, guest house, hotel or restaurant, as all kinds of events are organized here. Nowadays deep freezer is available in most retailer shops, this has led to increased demand for hard ice cream cups (30 ml, 65 ml) and family (750 ml) in retailer shops. So I plan to start a small hard ice cream production unit with a capacity of 300 liters per day, for this I need some machines and equipment, but the machine and equipment are very expensive, for this I will get 50% loan from government scheme and I have some money but it is too less, and I need more money for this.
