It took him a moment to realize that he was developing feelings for you.

After all, his focus has been so fixated on Mabosstiff that he didn’t recognize how special you made him feel when you decided to put him and his dreams as your high priority.

For once, he wasn’t alone in something that meant so much to him! You were there by his side!

Which he realizes that he really likes the thought of you being by his side.

“Oh. I like him,”

Safe to say, the day he finally comes around to confess, you happily reciprocate his feelings.

He’s a bit awkward about holding your hand. You usually have to be the one to initiate it at first before he comes around to seek out for your hand himself. His hand is larger than yours, oftentimes engulfing yours in his, and he always rubs circles with his thumb against the back of your hand.

It’s no surprise that he’ll pack an extra lunch just for you.

But he also keeps your other favorite snacks in his bag!

You mention that you wished you had some of your favorite candy/chips right now while you two are exploring? He’s already opening up his bag to hand you what you’re craving, saying how he just happened to see these when buying more ingredients for sandwiches and other things.

He loves it when you spend time with him, whether you’re doing the same thing or not.

As long as you’re in the same room as him, he’s very content.

You’re often there in the kitchen with him, whether you’re helping him or not.

If you’re a disaster with cooking then he’ll have you sit on the counter and let you taste test whatever it is that he’s cooking. And you can sneak in kisses here and there whenever he walks past you.

Your mother enjoys gardening and after hearing you’re dating Arven, she pesters you to give him fresh vegetables and more from the garden every time you go and visit her. It is her insistence on giving him fresh ingredients that led to you wanting to pick up gardening as well.

You adore the look on his face when you hand him any fresh produce, he says that his cooking tastes better when using those ingredients because you worked hard on growing and you’re also learning to farm the Herba Mystica to surprise him with.

You like to play with his hair. He loves your touch so much, how you run your fingers through his hair, play with it, and doesn’t mind what you do. If you want to braid it then he won’t stop you.

Mabosstiff absolutely adores you because of how happy you make Arven. Sometimes it’s a race on who’ll greet you first, Arven or Mabosstiff.

He absolutely DOES deserve the affection and attention!!!

Toge Inumaki

~ At first it was really hard for you to understand Toge. Because of his cursed speech he talks only in Onigiri ingredients, but when you get to know him better you slowly understand what he means also because you learn to read his facial expressions better.

~ Toge seems to be cold and withdrawn, but actually he is a very cute and protective person. He would never let anyone hurt you and sometimes he is afraid that he could curse you with his cursed speech one day.

~ It’s very rare, but when he is calling you by your name his voice sounds so soft and wonderful.

~ He enjoys the little things in a relationship like small, soft kisses on his cheeks, your fingers playing with his hair or you two just sitting side by side and enjoying the sun.

~ Even though he seems like the calm, shy boy, he actually is really confident and when you two are alone Toge likes to pull you against him and kiss you very passionately and playfully. It often ended in some play of your tongues. 

~ He loves to play videogames, so it’s not really rare that your dates are often a day full of videogames and ordered food.

Yuta Okkotsu

~ Yuta is such a sweetheart! To be honest he would do anything for you and would stand by your side no matter in which situation. It’s not your day and you are feeling bad? Yuta would immediately prepare your favorite food, wrap a blanket around you until you are a burrito, start your favorite movie and pull you in his strong arms, giving you soft little kisses on your head.

~ At first Rika is a little problem for your young relationship, but when Yuta explains to her how important you are to him and how happy you make him, she will stop being angry at you and she will slowly start to like you. You make Yuta happy and he is still by her side so she has no reason to hate you anymore.

~ Lots of PDA! Yuta is a very sensible and soft boy and loves to show you how much he loves you. He likes to lay his arms around you and feel your body near his own, he also loves to kiss you a lot. Yeah he is a little bit clingy, but that’s cute. 

~ His kisses are very soft and full of his love for you. In public he often kisses your head or forehead and smiles his little smile after that. Also when he says goodbye because he has to go on a mission he gives you a kiss on your forehead and tells you that you don’t have to worry about him, he will come back to you.

~ Yuta loves to go out with you, it doesn’t matter if it is shopping, going to the cinema, visiting a restaurant.. He is open for anything! In this time he can forget the hard world of a Jujuzist and just enjoy the time with you together. 

~ He would never give you something like a ring, he has learned after all what happened with Rika. But his little gestures for you are enough to show his love, he knows what makes you happy and is very careful and thoughtful in your relationship. And his cuddlings are the best!

I can see Tengen probably being the most suited to do your hair. I think he would be pretty good at doing cornrows.

He would definitely get you jewels and beads for your braids and him and the girls would help put it on for you.

Suma would try her hardest to help you with detangling your hair. Compliments you all the time and always wants to help with your wash day routine.

Hinatsuru would get you the best hair products and she loves putting hair oils in your hair and massaging your scalp in the process.

She also helps you wrap your hair up at night because she knows how important it is to protect your hair.

Makio is someone that I see who loves seeing you wear your hair in an Afro. The first time she saw you wear your hair in an Afro she was swooning.

Makio is always impressed with how dedicated you are to taking care of your hair. I think she would secretly want to learn how to twist your hair.

Tengen’s God complex is just a cover up, poor man just want to nap with wives and draw some doodles.

Ok little ramble about what art teacher! Uzui Tengen tells us about his personality.

Anyone else think it’s super interesting that in the canon Kimetsu Academy specials Tengen is almost like an antisocial emo art kid? The way he wears a hoodie like all the time? Like he is not actually as extroverted and a big party animal jock as some college!AU fics depict him as. (Still a ladies man though judging by number of chocolates in the valentines special).

Which leads me to think that in the beginning he wasn't born a loud and flashy person. That personality change was basically an act of rebellion against everything he hated: his shinobi upbringing +his dad.

I feel like under his self-confident attitude there is a lot of insecurity (as seen in the conversation with Gyutaro where he says he is not talented and seem almost envious of other pillars such as Rengoku and Muichiro).

Idk I just can't stop overthinking about why they put him in this grey ass hoodie alone in the art room rather than like make him the loud music/sport teacher/jock vibes.

Sooo yes another request for kimetsu no yaiba with our flamboyant Tengen Uzui.Maybe an a/o/b fic (I like how you write them) or an modern au where Tengen is a model (instagram models?) And reader is sort of his personal photographer .I dont mind if you mix the two together.

I’m sorry this took so long, I hope this finds you with some good timing since season 2 is finally out and it is Uzui in all his glory. I have a new shoot idea I want to try.

You glance at your phone, blinking in surprise over the top of your energy drink. You glance at the familiar contact name and look back to your current editing project—the wedding photos should be done by the end of the night if you keep on track. You’re scheduled for a few more shoots in the morning and had planned to kick back as a little reward to yourself.

You consider your options briefly. A new string of texts follow the first, and you know it’s just him trying to incite you even further for whatever crackpot idea he’s come up with this time. You know with how he is, he won’t let it drop if it’s an idea he’s especially fond of, even if it means a half-nude shoot in the middle of the god damn Antarctic because somehow—

The one and only elusive model Uzui Tengen’s photos—they always sell.

You can tell him no, suffer the consequences of having him barrage you for the next few days, suffer the even harder consequences of having one of the girls try to persuade you into doing it—you’re particularly weak to Hinatsuru’s advances—and also miss out on a chance to make some extra pocket change for what you get as Uzui Tengen’s one and only private contractor and photographer. But, what you do get in return is a peaceful, stress-free night to yourself, which is hopelessly and utterly rare and your body is rather beat and haggard after all these back-to-back shoots and especially that god damn rock climbing advertisement, you shouldn’t have done that one. 

Or, you could say yes; get paid handsomely because Tengen’s photos always sell well, get to eat Hinatsuru’s cooking because she’ll have heard you’ll be stopping by the studio and would make sure something’s ready, get to partake in the luxuries that surround the Uzui household, get Uzui off your back for about forty-eight hours max…

Your phone is still being spammed with texts. You ignore them, staring at the happy couple smearing cake onto each other’s faces. When Uzui and the girls finally get a proper wedding in place, you’d take those photos in a heartbeat. You know they’d be the kind for the record books.

Your phone lights up now with a phone call. You suddenly consider turning down the offer out of spite, nursing your energy drink with dull eyes. Your gaze does stray, however, to the pile of take-out containers sitting on your work desk. You frown at them, feeling your stomach churn at the thought of Hinatsuru’s warm porridge…

Your stomach wins. You swipe your phone, pressing it to your ear.

“Finally! What are you doing not picking up my calls at this hour?” you hear music blasting from Uzui’s side and suddenly wonder if you’ve made the wrong choice. “I know, are you getting off on my photos? You can just come and I’ll help you out. No need to play by yourself.”

“What’s this idea of yours?” you say, checking your schedule. If Uzui leaves you alone for the next two days, you can schedule a day-off after the male calendar shoot… yeah, this can work out! “If it’s the frosting idea in a different theme, I’m going to cut all ties with you—”

“You love taking my photos too much,” Uzui says, sounding bored. “I want to do something good for Valentine’s. A single theme, straight-forward, nothing crazy this time, actually.”

“The most flamboyant man on earth,” you say flatly. “And it’s nothing crazy?”

“It’ll be more than enough, baby,” Uzui says. You imagine him kicking his head back, lounging on some kind of leather couch tucked into a dazzling club somewhere or another. The man’s got too much energy, too much stamina, and you’re not really sure where he keeps it. “Less is more, you know?”

You do know. You always tell him those exact words. But for Uzui Tengen, it’s either go big or go home. That’s why his shoots always require you to clear out your schedule the day after because they’re far too arduous for you to do anything else.

“I don’t like how secretive you’re being with the whole thing,” you say, clicking to clean up another photo. “Give me something to mull over. I’ll be there after seven.”

“Six.”

“Seven.”

“Fine, but you’re staying until it’s done.”

You nod, even though he can’t see it. You get the feeling he knows anyway though because he continues, “One word theme. Think about it however you’d like, sweetheart.”

You wait, tapping a finger idly against the minimizing key. You hear the music dull in the background, wondering if he’s moving away from the source of noise. His side quiets, and all you hear is the faint rustle of fabric, and then you imagine Uzui’s phone pressed against the side of his face, maybe held up in his hand, right by his mouth—

The husky, low alto of his voice nearly catches you off guard for a second. Uzui whispers it, sweet, like honey against your ears.

“Seduction.”
