My Eka’s isn’t up and running yet due to....complications. DA is where I’m being most active. If you like my work and want to make sure you can follow me, head over there. Once I populate DA with my work, I’ll focus on NG. FA and Twitter are on the backburner for now.

I don’t want to lose the followers I have here. I know there’s a lot of you who are legitimately fans of mine and I have to thank you so much for submitting requests and complimenting my stuff and just generally being cool. If you guys have discord servers where you hang out, I might consider joining a couple to keep in touch.

If you wanna save any of my stuff for your personal collection, go ahead. I just urge you to not repost things anywhere, since I’m not “retiring” or anything. You’ll see my art pop up again eventually.

Well, we’re losing the plural aspect of my username ‘cuz every other website only supports 20-characters for your username for some reason.

The short answer is that while this blog is going to get purged of a decent amount of content, I’ll still be here doing things and networking, just not posting much art if at all.

The long answer...well....

Right off the bat, I plan to basically eradicate 90% of my artwork here. There is an amount of my work that’s technically SFW, but it’s shaky ground to stand on here, so I’m not really taking any chances. The whole blog is getting an overhaul. I won’t be posting nearly as much artwork here anymore, if at all. But I don’t want to lose all of the engagement with my audience here on Tumblr....well, those of you who survive.

Thus I’ve decided to use this Tumblr blog as a networking hub. The ask system is perfect for request submission, so there’s no reason to stop that. I’ll still connect with people who like my work and want to chat, while linking offsite to my actual galleries where I post actual content.

That’s just the cold, hard truth of this situation. Most of my work is considered in some way to be “adult content” so I have to get rid of it. I’m not leaving outright, but I am falling back to my other pages for now. Speaking of which:

Y’know funnily enough I only played the game in its entirety recently, but I am kicking myself because that game is a masterpiece. I’ve known plenty about it because of internet mitosis, but actually sitting down and playing it....mmhh....good stuff.

Here, some music to set the mood for the end of this accursed hellsite. And have this thing I spent too long making:

Remain calm, I am in the process of setting up a DevantART account, whether it be a reformat of my old one or a new one entirely. I’ve also created a Newgrounds account, and I’ll be setting up an Eka’s Portal account. I won’t be going to Twitter, but I may also post some things to Furaffinity since I have an account made over there that I never used...though my content is not exactly “furry” so....

In the coming days I’ll be pruning the content here to what I think may be within Tumblr’s new guidelines, but there won’t be much left after that. Plus, I can’t post anything specifically lewd to DA, so some content will end up exclusive to NG and EP. *sigh* 

I really hate that I have to do this. Tumblr was a great place to network because of the way it was set up. I’m staying off Twitter because I have a personal account there already and I dread having to swap back and forth between two different accounts. If anyone has any suggestions as to other platforms I could look to that are similar to Tumblr but not as rampantly incompetent, I would appreciate it.

Okay, okay, it’s fine. I guess I walked into this one.

Right off the bat gonna make it clear, I’m a cis guy. My sexual preferences reflect that. So any content that involves a giant guy….not really “into” it in that manner of speaking. I’m not seeing male g/t content and getting off to it, and I’m not making g/t content involving male characters with a sexualization of them being the focus.

Obviously there’s grey areas with that, and I completely acknowledge they exist. I’ve seen g/t content with a male as the lead that I enjoyed, both in non-sexual ways and in sexual ways. It really boils down to my preferences and what I personally like and dislike, or what I focus on in scenarios like that.

But you asked a question, and I’ll give you the first answer that comes to mind, but I will specify that I prefer to see him in wholesome/non-sexual content: Link.

It’s alright! I know the general pose construction, it’s really on me to pose it in a way I’ll end up being happy with.

For example, I’ve been sitting on a certain session for quite a while because I wanted to pose Palutena belching, and I was just NOT satisfied with how it came out.

Even the burp at the end of “Athletic Protein Supplement” was a bit of a toss-up.

I’m content enough with it, but I still feel like it could be better. There’s also the variable of the model’s flexes sometimes limiting my ability to pose a proper expression. And not every model has facial bones for me to pose manually.

Ehhh, giant guys aren’t my thing (with very specific, rare exceptions), and giant animal-furry guys are really not my thing.

...that being said, through a non-fetish-based lens I can see a couple ideas I could do specifically with Winston that I feel may be fun.

I’ve attempted to incorporate burping into some of the sessions I’ve done. The truth is that burps are slightly tricky to pose, and I’m often not satisfied with the result, so I scrap it.

Ah I gotcha. Actually not that hard to do something along those lines as long as the model I use has expandable assets...and having a little more dialogue in my sessions wouldn’t be that bad.

Could also stand to try having larger prey for the preds, and therefore bigger bellies...

Their app is terribly designed. Aside from it just shoveling random content into your feed even when you tell it not to, its browsing functions are absolutely broken. Even when safe mode is off, it can’t discern what content is nsfw or not, so it just kind of lies to you and only shows you some nsfw content. I know this because I’ve done searches on the desktop site and found posts that the app just decided not to display, even though I specifically told it to, ya know, by turning safe mode off. And this isn’t a new problem, this is something that this fucking app has been doing since they updated it sometime last year.

AND I GET IT. Minors use this app a lot; a good percent of the userbase is under 18, so I am 100% in-favor of protecting them from seeing content and joining communities that they SHOULD. NOT. BE. IN. Installed the app fresh? Okay, safe mode is turned on by default. You can go turn it off, but a warning should pop up saying that by turning it off you’ll be exposed to things that you may not want to see, and by turning it off, you’re consenting to browse that content. There you go, it’s out of Tumblr’s hands. It’s all on the user. THEY DID IT.

And I cannot for the life of me understand why it’s hard to make the app work like a compact version of the desktop site. I thought the reason blogs can be marked “NSFW” was literally to assist in filtering. This blog is marked NSFW in its settings, so if safe mode is turned on, you (hopefully) won’t see my posts. Good. I don’t want you seeing my posts if you didn’t consent to seeing them.

As far as porn/spam bots are concerned, they probably don’t flag themselves as NSFW, so that presents a problem....that cannot be fixed with some quick method or single change. Tumblr’s gonna have to actually TRY to figure out what accounts those are and terminate them down to their IPs. You can’t just enact a new filter that “finds all those darn pornbots” because algorithms don’t fucking work if they’re not trained. Seems like you’ll need to rely on *gasp* actual humans to report the blogs and make those algorithms work properly.

I have an old DA account that I’ve left for dead. If shit actually starts to hit the fan for real I guess I’ll head back over there, but it’s in no condition for me to link you guys over there at the moment...

All of my work is backed up on my computer, so if the worst happens I will simply rebuild.
