So it’s a new year and blah blah blah I know I’m late to the party about this, but thinking about these thing has never crossed my mind until now.
I didn’t plan on having any goals for the year they were just set into motion recently and I wanna document such an occasion. Put it all out there on the internet so maybe in some small shape or form I’ll be held accountable to see them to their completion. Or you know just have a laugh later on...whichever comes first.
1. Learn to cook new things.
2. Read more books. I set this goal last year to be somewhere between 40 and 50 I believe....Failed miserably at it.
3. No more self doubt. It hasn’t gotten worse but I have seen it keep me from just doing things and taking chances.
4. Surround myself with people I wish to emulate.
5. Let the universe take care of things as it has before and will do even after I am gone.
6. Love and work on myself more.
I’ve lost and kept some weight off for about 2 years now and am still discovering what makes me beautiful. It’s there and I can see it, problem is I am my own worst critic.That stops now.
In the words of RuPaul, “If you can’t love yourself, how in the hell are you going to love someone else? Can I get an amen here?”
