it's 10:39 pm on a Monday night

I should be unwinding and trying to sleep but my thoughts nor my soul allow me to do so.

So I said, let me just try and explore what I feel. Okay, let's try and see what's underneath

Today I felt a bit disoriented. It didn't help that I took half an edible last night to sleep. I am still trying to see how my body reacts now that I'm on antidepressants (yay a will to live)....

Today I also felt, satisfied within my self. It doesn't happen too often. Still trying to find the root of the cause for this. The sun was definitely shining on all of Los Angeles.

I felt engaged to life.
