I'm not even sure what to post on here any more. I can't be bothered typing out my workouts as I log them on Beyond the Whiteboard and also put them up in my training journal on the Eat to Perform forums, so kinda feels stupid putting them here too. I thought I was mostly recovered from 16.1 but we did back squats tonight, and holy crap, my quads are still sore!! Had a one on one session and then did the class, coach dropped a dumbbell on my little finger, pretty sure it was close to splitting my finger. Still throbbing 5hrs laterπ£

Haven't been on here recently, life is pretty hectic trying to run a business. I still manage to train regularly, so thats a pkus, but don't seem to have time for much else. Anyway, did the Open 16.1 tonight. Ugh, nothing like a lung burner to remind you that you've been neglecting that part of your training. Managed 4rnds plus 16 reps. (Goal was 4 rnds, so yea) Those c2b were the best part!! ππ I've hardly squatted, lunged, or done any lower body movements in tje last few months as I strained my groin late Nov last year. It held up ok through the workout, but its pretty tender now.
