Not sure if I ever mentioned it anywhere, but the design itself is very heavily based on Sega Kid Sonic from Project M! I've been playing Super Smash REX a crap ton and can't stop using this costume, so I wanted that to be reflected here with some personal tweaks, and Owl knocked it out of the park as usual!!
