“Alright close your eyes and don’t move.”

Wakasa looked at you skeptically. “What are you playing at?”

You rolled your eyes. “Just trust me. It’s nothing bad!”

“That’s what you said last time and then you dumped a bucket of ice water on me.” He shot back. “I am not falling for this again.”

“C’mon Wakasa! Please? I promise I won’t trick you!” You made an X over your heart as you added, “I cross my heart and everything! Trust me just this once, please?”

With a growl, he closed his eyes tight. “I can’t believe I’m trusting you again. If you dump another bucket of ice water on me again, I will personally end you. And then I’ll have Shinichiro hide your body, or something. And if you did something worse, like, out a spider in my hair, I’d make Mikey hunt you for sport!”

“You’d really have your dumb friend hide my body, when we both know he could forget where he put it? Or you’d have his little obnoxious brother kill me when you can do it yourself? Yeah, that sounds like your greatest plan ever.” You rolled your eyes. While you knew he could kill you with one punch, you thought he was going a little overboard for one little prank. Besides, why would he drag Mikey into this? He had his own things to worry about.

“Yes, I would! What kind of maniac puts a spider in someone’s hair?” One of his eyes shot open. “Oh my God. You were actually going to put a spider in my hair…”

“I WAS NOT GOING TO PUT A SPIDER IN YOUR HAIR!” You hollered. “I had something much nicer in store for you, but now I’m not sure I want to give it to you anymore. You’re accusing me of doing horrible, heinous things and you’re threatening to kill me. I don’t know if I can trust you anymore. You might order a hit on me no matter what I do for you.”

He sighed dramatically before closing his eyes again. “Fine, just do it. Whatever you were going to do, get it over with already. Then we’ll see if I have to call Mikey-”

Before he could finish his sentence, you pressed a kiss to his lips. Wakasa responded immediately, deeping it for only a brief second before you pulled away. He was about to start whining again when you kissed his cheek. And then his other cheek and his forehead. You peppered him in kisses, making sure every inch of his face was kissed.

When you finished, you went back to his lips and let him kiss you just as deeply as he wanted to earlier. After all the kisses you gave him, he was quick to return the favor. Kissing your cheeks and nose, he went back to attacking your lips with his. You hummed against his lips as he pulled you close by wrapping his arms around your waist. You then gasped as he nipped at your bottom lip, which allowed his tongue into your mouth. Now the two of you were full on making out.

If you didn’t know any better you would have guessed he was thinking this was better than a spider in his hair.

As the two of you continued making out, you let your hands slip up his shirt. Shivering at your contact, Wakasa let his thumbs slip under the waistband of your pants and rub circles on your hips. You gasped again, making him smile into the kiss, which was becoming more and more sensual. If the two of you didn’t stop soon, you were going to take this high school makeout session one step further…

“EW! GET A ROOM YOU TWO!” Shinichiro shouted, causing you to jump back so far, you fell off the couch you were sitting on.

“Ow.” You winced, rubbing your butt.

Shinichro just groaned. “Serves you right for sucking your boyfriend’s face in public.”

“WE’RE AT THE BIKE SHOP!”

“A PUBLIC SPACE IN THE SHOP!” He shot back. 

Wakasa snickered. “Not really. It’s the back garage. Only employees and their booty calls get to see this part of the shop.”

You shot a furious glare at your boyfriend. “You did NOT just call me a booty call!”

“I- oh c’mon baby!” He whined, pulling you back on his lap. “You know you mean more to me than that.”

“I better.” You smirked and pecked his nose.

Shinichiro made a strangled sound before he said, “Now I have to go bleach my eyes. Be glad Mikey didn’t see that. He would have been traumatized!”

“He’s not a kid, Shin!” Wakasa shot back, hugging you tight.

Shinichiro just rolled his eyes before leaving the back garage. You glanced at your boyfriend before sighing and nuzzling closer to his chest. “I’m fine if we just stay like this forever. This is nice.”

“Well I’m not.” He muttered before throwing you over his shoulder. “We are going to restart that cheesy high school movie makeout session in my room, where no one is allowed in until I’m done with you.”

“Better make it worth my time, pretty boy. Especially since you called me a booty call.”

You felt it before you heard it. As soon as your eyes fluttered open, your heart lodged itself in your throat. You squinted so the unshed tears didn’t hurt your eyes.

No. Not tonight. Please not tonight.

“Mikey.” You whispered into the darkness, hoping he could still hear you.

“Shh. Go back to sleep.”

“No.” You shook your head before sitting up and turning on your bedside lamp. Your heart beat painfully when you saw he was already dressed. “Please don’t go.”

He sighed, avoiding eye contact. “I have to.”

“One night, please.” You begged. “One night where you don’t go looking for trouble.”

“Sweetheart-”

“I’ll call Draken. He can call the whole thing off. No one has to know it was you. We both can be very discreet about the whole thing.”

He shook his head firmly. “I have to go.”

A tear slid down your cheek. “No, you don’t. You don’t have to do anything. You can stay right here with me.”

He knelt in front of you and gently wiped your tears away. “Please don’t cry for me. I’m not worth your tears.”

You shook your head again and again, leaning into his caresses. “Please. I can’t stand watching you get hurt over and over and over again. One day, I know you won’t come back to me. I don’t think I will ever be able to survive past then.”

“Hey, don’t talk like that.” He lightly scolded, his voice monotone. “Nothing is going to happen to me, I promise. Tonight, I’m just going to the shrine to talk to Kenchin, Mitsuya, Peh yan, Chifuyu, and Takemitchi. Nothing bad is going to happen. Please don’t worry. Just go back to sleep. I’ll be by your side again in the morning. In fact, I’ll spend the whole day with you tomorrow. Just go back to sleep.”

It was pointless as you knew it. Mikey cared about his gang more than he cared about you. It was high time you grew up and accepted that. Even if it absolutely broke your heart.

You nodded and allowed him to kiss you cheek.

You watched him leave.

“Alright, I’ve made my decision.”

Kazutora’s eyebrow perked up. “Oh? After all these month’s, you’ve finally made your choice?”

“Yes.” You nodded. “I finally know what kind of pet I’m going to get.”

“And that would be?”

“I’m getting a cat.”

“Ah.” He went back to organizing the inventory.

You frowned. “What’s that supposed to mean? Besides, I thought you would be more excited for me. You love cats.”

He stared at you. “It took you four months to decide on a cat?”

Leaning over the counter you tried to smack him, but he just scooted away. “Hey!  There are a lot of different kinds of cats out there. I have it narrowed down to one specific type.”

Kazutora didn’t answer you, causing you to pout. He groaned. “Fine. What type?”

“A black cat!”

“Wow. So original.”

“Kazutora!”

He held up his hands to keep you from trying to hit him again. “Alright! I’m sorry! So where are you going to get this black cat?”

“Well this is a pet store, isn’t it?” You giggled. “Besides, Chifuyu was telling me all about this cute black cat here-”

“Wait, are you talking about Inky?”

You frowned. “Well, I was going to call him Midnight.”

Kazutora rolled his eyes. “That’s such a stereotypical name for a black cat.”

“And Inky is any better?”

He paused before folding his arms over his chest. “Either way, you can’t adopt him.”

Your jaw dropped again. “And why not?!”

“Because he’s mine!”

“Did you adopt him?”

“I don’t have the money for that!”

“So he’s not yours!”

Kazutora’s glare turned deadly, but you were one to back down. “He’s mine.”

“No, he is not!”

“They’re right, he’s not. He’s theirs.” Chifuyu stated, a cat  carrier and manilla envelope in his hand. He smiled at you. “All the paperwork is in order and the microchip is activated. Midnight is all yours.”

As soon as you placed your hand on the handle, Kazutora slapped your hand away. However, his glare was fixated on Chifuyu. “How could you do this to Inky? To me!”

He frowned, unimpressed by his tantrum. “You don’t have the money to buy him and they did. They used that money to buy Midnight, and now he’s theirs. That’s how business works.”

“But he’s mine!”

Chifuyu groaned. “Oh my God, you’re so annoying. Besides, aren’t the two of you friends? It’s not like you’re never going to see him again.”

Within an instant, Kazutora’s attention was back on you, but he was no longer glaring. He grabbed your hand and exclaimed, “I need to be there for everything! Every milestone, every step, every cute thing that kitten does! I have to be there!”

“I don’t know-”

“Just say yes.” Chifuyu butted in. “He’s going to be insufferable otherwise.”

You sighed. “Fine. We can co-parent as long as you admit he’s 75% mine.”

Riku still has the innocence of a child in my opinion

He’s the only one I’ve written

So far

That isn’t emotionally distant like the others

As I said, he’s very childlike

And that means he’s eager to jump to from new experience to new experience

So upon seeing you for the first time

He’s instantly smitten

I believe he is a huge believer in love at first sight

So of course he starts trying to impress you as soon as he can

Forget his idol image, he’s laser focused on you and only you

At first, the other boys find his crush super cute 

But when he doesn’t actually ask you out, they start getting annoyed

Like, just ask you out my GOD-

But, since Riku is still childlike, he’s scared of course

He likes pursuing you, and he’s absolutely scared to death of what will happen when he has you

So, like the others, you’re going to have to step up and ask him out first

He’ll be scared and flustered, but as long as you’re adamant about your advances, he’ll accept

Now he’s freaking out

I’VE NEVER BEEN ON A DATE BEFORE

So it’s up to the boys to help him out

Yamato is no help though, so they keep him out of conversations

And Tamaki doesn’t care all that much

But he still hangs around to make it seem like he’s helping

On the day of the date, he’s the perfect gentleman

At first he’s all uptight and frightened, but you help him loosen up

He realizes that this dating stuff is easy

Why was he so scared before?

He does all the stereotypical chivalrous acts like opening doors and pulling out your chair for you

Mama Sogo is so proud of him

And while you may have asked him out, he’s taking the initiative in the relationship now

He’s always asking you to hang out and just be around you

Riku never gets out of the honeymoon phase

He just loves you so much

Sometimes the amount he talks about you to the boys gets to be too much

But they still find it cute

Of course they have to stop him from proposing a month into your relationship

When Tenn catches wind that Riku is dating…

Oof, that’s a storm you don’t want to get caught in

At first he’s appalled that his brother would be dating, as idols shouldn’t

But when he sees how loving he is with you, he gets anxious

He believes you’ve bewitched him and not in the good way

Tenn still thinks of Riku as a little kid who needs to be protected

And he needs to protect him from you

So yeah, he doesn’t approve

Well, he doesn’t approve at first

But you have to give him time

When Tenn finds out how serious Riku is about you

He’ll relent

He doesn’t like it too much

But his brother’s happiness comes first, no matter what

And if he’s happy with you, then he’ll allow you to be together

Riku was totally ready to fight for you though

No fighting is necessary though

All in all, Riku is one heck of a guy

You’re lucky if he lays eyes on you

You’re going to have the best  boyfriend in the world

Oh, and one more thing

When Riku dates, he’s looking for an endgame

So yeah, even if you’re his first love

He wants you to be his soulmate for ever and ever

And if you break his heart…
