1. New Orthodontic Stuffs!
Well, it's actually been couple weeks since I bought it, but still NEW stuffs! Yay. My orthodontist suggest me to use orthodontic toothbrush. Found this one at Century, I guess. The brand is Pierrot and may be it's one of the best toothbrush I've ever possessed for 21 years.
What's the difference with normal toothbrush?
Just two: The head is smaller, makes it easier to brush your teeth, especially the far, in the back ones. Then, the bristle makes V shape. There are two rows of bristles in the center that are shorter than the outer.
I guess the shorter bristles are useful for cleaning the brackets, while the longer ones cleaning your teeth and spaces around it.
Best thing: It digs excess food from my teeth really nicely.
Also, if you notice, I got tongue cleaner too! I didn't know how important is that. Well, just because there's promotion, it came along with the toothbrush.
Best thing: This one grossed out white-thick saliva out of my tongue and makes it pink again!
2. My Teeth Progress: 1 Week After First Installment of Braces
I've mentioned in my previous post that my two-front-upper teeth became crook. I asked my orthodontist and he said it's normal. Moreover, he said my teeth would mostly crash each-other first, before it could become straight.
3 & 4. My Teeth Progress: Day 22
All I can see is my crook upper front teeth...
I know, I know... It's just... Nevermind.
I should had adjustment on June 14th, exactly two weeks after my braces installment. But I couldn't make it due to my final exams. I got tight schedule until the end of June :(
Have you guys worn braces? Did you also experience the phase when your teeth seem worse?
