Someone sent in an ask wanting a holding challenge. For some reason I can’t open the message or see it any more.
Ok. So here’s the challenge:
Drink whatever liquid you desire until you feel your bladder start to fill up. Once you feel decently full, squat over a drain (i.e. tub or shower drain). You can take your pants off, but your underwear has to stay on.
Relax your bladder and pelvic muscles. If it feels like you’re about to release completely, you’re doing it right. However, you aren’t allowed to completely empty yourself, so contract your bladder and pelvic muscles. That means you have to cut off your stream. Shoot for multiple small leaks at the most.
Relax and contract. Relax and contract.
(I’ve done this before where I’ll completely relax those muscles but I won’t allow anything to escape). For this challenge you want to allow enough to escape so you can repeat these steps multiple times and never have a completely empty bladder.
Drink some water/beverage and get decently full again. If you feel fuller this time, bonus points (the points don’t mean or do anything). Squat over the drain and relax and contract your muscles again. Again, you want multiple small leaks. A wet spot should be growing in your underwear. Damp and wet underwear are encouraged (and inevitable) in this challenge.
Repeat these steps as many times as you want. The whole point is to give those muscles a workout. Some people choose to work out to failure. Personally, that’s what I’ve done. And the end result is an accident or three throughout the rest of the day. This is just because you’ve tired your poor muscles out.
If you choose to “workout” until failure, hopefully your underwear is soaked with pee and you can’t prevent an accident because your bladder is truly tired.
