I feel like he is a Slytherin. It looks like he values working hard and achieving his goals. He seems to also value traditional ways of doing things, which is one of the major traits for a Slytherin, but does not quite fit in with Ravenclaw. From your description, he sounds very forward focused from an older context, which falls directly into Slytherin. If he would like to be a Ravenclaw though, and he feels as if he values Ravenclaw traits (open mindedness, individuality, and/or creativity) then he would be a Ravenclaw regardless of how I sorted him. I agree with your sorting. You are adventurous, which fits both Thunderbird and Gryffindor. You have the individualistic free-spirit of the Thunderbird and the experience-seeking bravery of a Gryffindor.

For Hogwarts, I see you as a Ravenclaw! Ravenclaws are curious and independent, just like you! They often become passionate about certain subjects and can be very idealistic. What caught me was your second to last statement where you said you could get lost researching or in a book you're interested in for hours, which couldn't be more Ravenclaw! Some may say you could be a Hufflepuff or Gryffindor based on your postivism, romanticism, and want for adventure, but neither of these houses fit your passion for learning and curiosity.For Ilvermorney, I would say you are a Thunderbird. Thunderbird's have adventurous souls. Though the Thunderbird may not be the Wampus in it's zealous pursuit of adventure, the longing is always there. This adventurousness can take the form of wanting to get lost in different worlds presented by literature or the arts. No other Ilvermorney house quite captures you in curiosity, intelligence, and adventurous longing.

Insecurity doesn't exclude you from any house! The reason I didn't see you as a Hufflepuff in my original sort is because a Hufflepuff's main trait is hard working, but if you identify more as a Hufflepuff, then you can choose that to be your house. From what I can tell, you're a Gryffindor! You lean a bit Hufflepuff but what caught me was your acceptance of others and your willingness to fight for ideals alongside your reliance on emotions. The only exclusion from a Hufflepuff is laziness, as one of their main traits is being hardworking. You seem to be very caring, but to an extent. (2/2) Me but would gladly stand up for my friends in a heartbeat. However, haunted houses don't scare me and I would gladly lead my group of friends into one of them. I generally have gotten very good grades, and I make a habit of helping people with their assignments when they need it . I also have been known to make really really impulsive decisionsI'd sort you as a Ravenclaw! Your love of learning and creativity gives you away :) A Ravenclaw's acceptance of people often leads to the stereotyped Hufflepuff kindness and compassion. I see you as a Ravenclaw. Ravenclaws value independence and originality, and with that can come stubbornness and standing out from the crowd. Ravenclaws tend to, like Slytherins, focus on learning what they are interested in and they end up being experts on small fields that they like. I would sort you as a Slytherin! Fraternity and ambition form the cornerstones of  the Slytherin house, and you seem to value both! A love of bending the rules is often attributed to the Gryffindor house because of the Golden Trio, but it is really a Slytherin trait, as said by Albus Dumbledore. One could make an argument for Ravenclaw based on your curiosity and sarcasm, but those are both perfectly normal for a Slytherin to have.
