Part of that goal is to make a graphic novel that deals in the same themes. I'm still scripting things, the disorganized notes are haunting me at the moment, and the story has a lot more moving parts than is likely wise, but I'm committed at this point :)

I usually share drawings and snippets of my planning for my longform story, and music I'm practicing making as a beginner!

Trudging through ancient, heavy rot to get to new beginnings ❤️

I'd heard the whole start doing the work and trust that you will get there even if you don't know how yet sentiment, and how you should create more than you consume, but couldn't believe it until now. It's been surprisingly effective! Taking such a large step out of my comfort zone and showing myself that what I thought was impossible is in fact possible over weeks did shake me out of that giving up state.
