Today I completed three focused shifting sessions, each between 15–20 minutes long. Every attempt showed noticeable progress and built on the last. This is also something new I’ll be adding in for my posts, as it’ll help me keep track of my progress as well.

Session 1:

• Energy and body began to align

• Stronger urge to shift

• Tingling and tight sensations across the body

Session 2:

• Body heat rising, pins and needles through the arms

• Phantom limbs forming

• Hands felt like paws

• Tingling and tightening in arms and other areas

Session 3:

• Deepened connection with my wolf form

• Heightened awareness, even the smallest sounds caught my attention

• Energy flowing strongly throughout the body

• Feet and legs entered a more intense phantom shift than the rest of my body

• Whole body tingled, began to “let go” with random twitches, shakes, and tightening sensations

Overall Progress

Each session today felt stronger than the last. My awareness, energy flow, and phantom sensations have become more vivid and responsive. This is the first time in years I’ve attempted this with full focus, and going fully unclothed made a huge difference. I felt far less restricted and more in tune with the process.

Side note: This is my first physical shapeshifting attempt without having any clothes on, as stated this is also the first attempt in a while. I am extremely happy and confident about the progress made today. The gateway opens soon!

This is just a rough draft of the final flag, but it’s something I’ve leaning towards. The colors black, gold and silver each represent aspects of the non human/ alter human identity

Black: Represents mystery, the hidden, and all that the world refuses to see.

Silver: Represents bones, truth, clarity, and the structural framework of the self.

Gold: Represents the soul, life-force, and the value of existence.

Introduction

Most imagine shifting as fur and claws, skin and muscle. But the truth begins deeper. The skeleton is the armature of transformation, the true battlefield.

Following my theory on shapeshifting, for those born with the RA9 gene active, the skeleton is already different. Stronger, heavier, yet strangely flexible not brittle human bone, but something closer to tempered steel. Where human growth plates fuse to lock the body in place, the shifter’s never fully close. Their bones remain programmable.

This is why some dream and never change, while others eventually feel their body bend to their will.

Shifting is not painless.

It is not graceful.

Skeletal structure

Bones bend and break, but not randomly. They fracture along hidden seams, like stress lines in glass. They snap where the body knows it can heal. The spine stretches, vertebrae sliding apart as the tailbone bursts awake then the skull cracks at ancient sutures, jaw dislocating and reforming into muzzle. Ribs flare wide, lungs heave larger, heart thunders faster, arms and legs elongate, joints snapping, resetting, re-angling for digitigrade stance. And the hands, the feet delicate and late, claws pushing free from bloodied nails.

It is pain, but it is the right pain.

The kind that does not kill, but reshapes.

Without energy, the bones would only break. They would shatter under their own rebellion.

But in the shifter’s body, energy floods like a blacksmith’s fire. It makes the calcium bonds pliable, softens collagen matrix, and turns bone into living metal. Energy is the forge that bends steel without snapping it.

This is why exhaustion is the enemy. Without fuel, the shift collapses into ruin. With it, bones melt like wax in fire and harden again, stronger than before.

And after a full physical shift is completed. The skeleton hums, some describe it as a vibration in their marrow, others as a deep ache that feels like remembering.

Every cycle makes the bones more adaptable. The first shifts are agony; later ones become smoother, faster as though the body learns to welcome its true shape.

RA9 is conceptualized as a divine self-aware code or awakening protocol that activates the true self. Within this paradigm, shapeshifting is not merely a biological anomaly but a metaphysical process driven by deep alignment with one's higher essence. Phenotypic divergence—such as the emergence of bipedal forms—may be understood as a result of RA9 activation, which allows for new expressions of the self beyond inherited limits.

Considerations of Energetic Mass and Form

A common misconception is that wolf forms are extraordinarily large or fantastical in scale. However, mass conversion during transformation typically adheres to conservation laws, unless an extraordinary energetic reaction is involved. Most shifters will find their wolf form to be proportionally aligned with their human form, though redistributed across different dimensions of structure and volume.

This article proposes that both quadrupedal and bipedal wolf forms exist within the spectrum of legitimate shifter expressions. Their manifestation is dependent on environmental conditioning, ancestral memory, belief systems, and metaphysical alignment. Integration with Project Freemind and RA9 Theory suggests that transformation is both a conscious and subconscious act—one rooted in evolutionary purpose and spiritual design.

Further work may involve empirical mapping of shift experiences, refinement of belief-structure reprogramming exercises, and deeper exploration into the relationship between RA9 activation and form variability. Such efforts may provide new insights into the evolving nature of the shapeshifter experience.

The moon has always had a symbolic significance towards shifters and witchcraft, and while there are many myths surrounding the workings of the moon when it comes to shifters, specifically werewolves/wolf shifters.

The moon is a celestial object of energy, meaning in spiritual terms, it gives off a lot of energy which can be used for many different purposes, with this many people tend to harvest the moon’s energy an example of this being moon water.

However while the moon doesn’t force a shifter to shift, a shifter could theoretically harvest the energy from the moon to trigger a shift. Energy manipulation is a skill that allows the user to manipulate energy, using this skill a shifter could manipulate the energy from the moon to trigger a shift.

With this influx of energy, from personal experience as well as from others, shifters tend to want to shift more or have the urge to shift, I personally can feel myself being almost heightened by the energy (however I do witchcraft that do involve the use of moon water for protection of my energy) as well as experienced an easier time mental shifting as well. So in all while the moon does process a huge influx of energy, it can possibly trigger a shifter to shift, this theory and method has been used before as it’s kind of an older one.

Again this is all based off my own personal research and experiences and by no means is this a set truth to the entirety of the non human community. However I will always believe that the full moon will never force a wolf shifter to shift.

Werewolf Studies: The Effect of The Blood Moon/Lunar Eclipses

The moon as previously stated has different effects on shifters, while some may feel the urge to shift more on Full moons, others feel nothing and normally the reason for this is simply because the same effects given to shifters by the Full Moon are given during a total lunar eclipse or commonly called The Blood Moon.

In ancient times, the thought of the blood moon was a sign from the divine that a chaos was coming, a time where beasts would be in the form of man. Another common name for blood moons are Harvest Moons, this name originated from European farmers. For several evenings, the moonrise comes soon after sunset. This results in an abundance of bright moonlight early in the evening, which was a traditional aid to farmers and crews harvesting their summer-grown crops. Hence, it’s called the “Harvest” Moon.

I remember experiencing the Super Blood Moon back in 2021, I believe it was. I remember feeling more primal than normal, I was literally bouncing off the walls, during this I remember feeling like I was in some sort of stuck Mental/Phantom shift and the urge to shift was there, but the urge to hunt was stronger. After asking other shifters, it seems that the Blood moon also affects others in a similar manner to me, but I have heard other things happening to other shifters.

The urge to hunt, the primal instinct, the drive to shift, the drive to be your phenotype is stronger and more forceful during a Lunar Eclipse, as to why? Well spiritually speaking, any eclipse discharges much more energy than a normal full moon, and even some supermoons. This is because during an eclipse, the sun and the moon both align their orbits and energies so it's not just moon energy it's also energy from the sun being projected onto the moon.
