when i was a freshman our RA’s name was Hunter but he was vegan so we ended up nicknaming him Gatherer and i still haven’t gotten over that lmao

i love watching actors pretend to drink from empty cups. they can’t do it. it’s like they never drank anything in real life. doesn’t matter if they went to julliard or yale or have an egot or played hamlet on the west end. time traveling? fighting aliens? finding seth rogen attractive? no problem. but give them an empty cup and gravity fights against them. their imagination has limits.

where do TV shows get this idea that high school is constant drama, nothing even fucking happened to me in high school

I’m now remembering that my school got a slurpee machine and then had to get rid of it two weeks later after someone poured toxic chemicals into it that they stole from the science lab in an attempt to poison the entire cheerleading squad so like, maybe I was just boring

Also I know all the secrets for cleaning every type of surface in the building. It’s a superpower.

Story time: I was a janitor for two years at this small conservative college. Late at night, when I was cleaning, I would write bizarre phrases like “there are no lies” on chalkboard along with fake but important looking symbols when I was bored. Later that year some people had a prayer thing to combat “demonic presences on campus.” I do not know if those two events were related but I like to think they were.
