Hey, Katie here, it's been forever.
I don't know if any of you still check your blogs for this roleplay, but, I seriously find myself missing it, and if anyone from the group wants to roleplay again, let me know?

Alright; my brother is undergoing a major brain surgery on Tuesday, so, I may push threads off a little bit. Helen, I swear I will post our thread soon!

Hey does anyone want a thread?
I miss Sophie...

Sophie and The Boogeyman part 2
The thrilling sequel of this parody
Greetings - Pitch
"Definitely. Disney movies are too soft nowadays. Children used to cower in fear at the end of Fantasia, or hide their faces during the climax of Pinocchio. Now the villain just gets a stern scolding and goes off on their merry way. How inconsiderate."
Sophie shrugged, "Well, bad things can't always happen to the villain, it doesn't work that way in real life." She told Pitch. "Sometime the villains get away with what they did. Plus, mommy says "treat other people the way you want to be treated." You have to be nice to the villain, or then you become the villain."

Claude: Dude, Monty you have to answer with food.
Monty: But where is the science in this I don’t get it -
Pippa: He likes lima beans.

Greetings - Pitch
Pitch slid over to the kitchen counter and peered into the coffeepot. Seeing that there was some left over, he poured it into a coffee cup and located the microwave. While the coffee heated, he said, “I do believe you’re right about that movie. Personally, I’m offended that anyone would assume I would be a simple bag of insects. How demeaning.” The microwave beeped, and Pitch took a sip of the coffee without waiting for it to cool.
Sophie followed Pitch over to the kitchen counter, standing on her tippy toes and watching what the Boogie man was doing. When he said he was offended she nodded, "I guess I'd be upset if I was a bag of bugs, but I bet you are glad your song in the movie is the best one." She told him, smiling at him. "I really like that movie though, it's not like the average Disney movie."
Dragons - Toothless
The girl waved. Casually. Toothless’s head cocked sideways at the girl with his eyes narrow, curiosity taking it’s course. She was a young human. Very small. Tiny.
He looked to his left, then opposite, carefully stepping forward another few paces a bit nervously. The random girl sat calmly as if awaiting something. Waiting for what? Him to approach? His eyes locked to the small girl, his tongue sweeping over his lips again with the taste of fish fresh on his tongue. His tail lashed, his ears flicking around. He didn’t hear anyone else around him.
When he was only a tail-length in front of the girl, his head leaned forward and he took in her scent. She didn’t have the familiar aroma of Berk, and instead smelled like Rapunzel or Merida. A regular human then. No spirit, no viking, just a normal human that did not roam these woods often.
He leaned forward and sniffed, getting closer each second to the small girl with curiosity and subtle greeting.
Sophie watched the dragon silently, mesmerized by the creature. Her lips curled in a slight smile when the dragon came closer, this was a real live dragon and it didn’t seem scared. She did hope she wouldn’t scare him away, this was amazing, and she didn’t want to ruin it on accident.
The dragon was adorable, although, she wasn’t sure if that was a good thing. Dragons in the fairytales she read tended to be mean, but this one didn’t seem mean. If he was mean, wouldn’t he have become hostile by now? Surely the dragon meant no harm to her.
Plus, Hiccup was best friends with a dragon, they couldn’t be bad, Hiccup was really nice, so, why would his friends be mean? When it sniffed her she stayed still, trying not to move or frighten him. This was the closest she had ever been to a dragon before, and she was sure she would never be able to get this close to a dragon ever again.
“You are really pretty, aren’t you?” She whispered. “Do you have a name? I’m Sophie.”

Greetings - Pitch
"Please, do not start singing that song!” Pitch rolled his eyes. “A certain bunny once spent an entire season taunting me with it. Over and over…” Pitch shook his head, as if trying to rid himself of the memory. “You wouldn’t happen to have any snacks, would you? I’m in the mood for coffee.”
Sophie nodded, "I won't. Are there any songs you like? I like the music from Nightmare before Christmas, although, I'm not sure if that's a Halloween movie or a Christmas movie... I guess it could be both though, right?" She asked. "I don't have coffee, mom thinks I'll be short if I drink it, but, you could try my mom's coffeepot? I'm sure she wouldn't mind sharing..."

Greetings - Pitch
"Christmas." Pitch started to sing half-heartedly: "Jack Frost roasting on an open fire, chestnuts nipping at your nose." He frowned. "No, that doesn’t sound right." He didn’t pay much attention to Christmas carols, and for the first time, this seemed like a disadvantage.
"Chestnuts roasting on an open fire, Jack Frost nipping at your nose." Sophie sang, smiling. "You're version is nice too, I mean, I'm sure Jack wouldn't like it, but, you tried, and that's what counts." She told him. "My favorite is Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer, it's really easy to remember, so, I don't forget the words."
Dragons - Toothless
The river ran just around the corner. At the edge, where his shadow wouldn’t fall over the water, Toothless sat rigid with his eyes intent on the water. His diet usually consisted of saltwater fish, though there were creatures that swam under these waters with particularly good tastes.
There, a small form moved through the water, and Toothless’s eyes shifted into mere slits. The shape moved slowly, with a relaxed complexion. Seconds of silence passed, with Toothless tense in his posture, until he dumped his head forward and grabbed the fish. It had begun to move by instinct, but his teeth caught it’s tail and he dragged it up and out of the water. Throwing it in the air, it twisted and churned in attempt to escape, but was not able to avoid it’s course into Toothless’s awaiting mouth.
Swallowing it whole, he was halfway through a swallow when his ears flicked sideways. He paused, his eyes turning sideways, and then he allowed himself to swallow completely. With careful paws, he left his place by the river and strayed around the bend. Against the natural forest colors, a girl with colorful clothing sat upon a rock.
He kept to the side, his head poked around the tree, unmoving as he simply watched her. He licked his lips, to remove the fish tastes left over, and then raised his head to the girl with a simple step forward.
Sophie was just sitting on the rock, swinging her feet back and forth, her ankles hitting the rock as they swung. She supposed she could try to track down Hiccup if it came down to it and she could ask him to introduce him to the dragon he claimed was his best friend, the worst Hiccup could say was no.
Movement caught her eye, and her gaze traveled to where it was coming from. Coming around the bend was a dragon, a real life dragon. He had dark scales, a unique tail - one that she quite liked - and green eyes. More or less he would be amazing to draw, and Sophie swore that she would give it a try when she got back home.
She smiled at him, giving him a small wave hello, but not doing anything else, stopping the swinging of her feet. She didn't want to scare him, this was the first dragon she had ever seen up close, the only other ones she had seen were flying up ahead of her on their way to wherever they were going. This was absolutely amazing.
She couldn't wait to tell Jamie, she was sure he'd love to hear about dragons.
LOOK WHO’S FASHIONABLY LATE TO THE PARTY!

After all that angst, have some fluff!
Jack is a very animated storyteller. ^_^
On another note, I USED A COMPUTER FOR THE LETTERING FOR THE FIRST TIME! YAAAAY!
Greetings - Pitch
Pitch regarded the girl with a stern expression. “You’re certainly cheery today.” He glanced out the window. “I see Jack Frost has been in town. He always has to make such a mess.” Beneath his gruff tone of voice was an undercurrent of a much happier mood; despite appearances, spending time with Sophie was one of the few things Pitch really enjoyed.
Sophie nodded, "It's a nice day out today Pitch. Jack came to visit and he left behind snow. It's perfect weather to make a snowman or have a snowball fight with Jamie when he comes home." She told him, smiling at the thought of having fun in the snow. She did quite enjoy Jack's visits, he always left behind snow, and she was thankful for it too, she quite enjoyed it. "Plus, Christmas is coming soon. It'll be fun!"
