Glady's fear later turned into anger, anger of why the Dragon Flame would do that, how they could do that, and why they punish her mother.

When asked why, all Politea could say was she was trying to show the world what the Dragon flame really was. Being nothing but a dangerous fire Dragon and how the Leviathan, the thing Gladys has, was the one that would actually protect Magix, having kept plants and living things safe like animals. And would punish the ones who would defend the Dragon, making people see that the Dragon Flame was evil and the Leviathan was the one that would keep people safe. But unfortunately, not everyone like the Nymphs were convinced and wrongfully imprisoned her.

Gladys was shocked, furious even. She hated the fact that her mother, her biological mother, was imprisoned just for trying to tell people the truth. Her mother, wrongfully punished just for the Dragon Flame to keep ‘manipulating’ The Magic Dimension. And for what? Because of that, the sirens, her culture, her community was being harassed and mistreated just for existing.

So she made a decision that she will avenge Polieta, free her from her prison and destroy the Dragon flame. Doing the thing her mother isn't able to do.

And so, ever since that day, she's been secretly talking to Politea, telling her everything in her life, the court, the other royals or rich people, the citizens, while also practicing her siren magic with her mother as her mentor.

She admired her mother, she wished she could meet her outside of the mirror, wanting to hug her and never let go. But she knows it will take a while before it happens, it will take a while before her mother will be freed.

Eventually, Gladys’ behavior started to change. She grew rebellious, refusing to go to meetings, the Royal court, refusing to talk to her parents, being impulsive, jumping into conclusions, letting her anger get the best of her, and even sneaking out of the castle mostly.

This got attention through her parents, and they ended up finding out why. So they had a conversation on what to do, mostly with the siren population in Andros as things have gone havoc between the sirens and the other Androsians.

The king wants to make peace with them, saying not all of them are bad or are like Politea. But the queen was saying otherwise.

Angrily explaining "Politea was a siren who used the Leviathan's powers for selfish intent and almost destroyed our kingdom, not to mention her daughter is becoming just like her! Do you know about the recent Siren attacks?! They are dangerous creatures that should be locked away and punished!”

Afterward, a civil war commenced between the sirens and the Androsians. The king was killed due to being a traitor, which Gladys witnessed. The Queen noticed and hugged her, comforting her that it's gonna be alright and she'll save her from the sirens and her biological mother.

But Gladys was convinced. She was instead angry, livid.

Due to her anger, she attacked and brutally killed the queen. Realizing too late of what she did. Of course, a butler noticed and ordered for her arrest.

And so Gladys ran, running towards the towns of Andros, using her powers to attack people in order to not get caught and escape.

She afterwards hid somewhere far away, in an area where the guards couldn't find her.

Gladys was distressed and terrified. Her other were tattered and ripped, her hair was a mess, and was covered in bruises and scars. She was full of tears and crying out of agony, up until Politea calmed her down, consoling her and said she only did this to protect her mother, she decided to defend her mother and was so proud of her daughter for doing that.

Gladys soon calmed down, and then went to sleep. That's when Politea had an idea. Even when she was defeated, she still had some of her magic, not all of it, but better than none at all.

So, Politea used her magic on Gladys, a spell no less, the magic surrounding Gladys as it took effect. The spell Politea used on Gladys transferred them into the future, or modern Magix, which was why no document or recordings of Gladys was ever made and many believed she was dead and her body was lost.

When Gladys woke up, she was initially confused until Politea told her what happened, and said she did this just so Gladys could start over and begin with what she couldn't do in a new identity.

Gladys walked and wandered around Andros until a mother and her daughter, named Anne, found her.

Seeing her condition, they immediately took her to their home and took care of her.When asked what she was, Gladys just told, more so lied, her name was Layla, and when no one could identify themselves as her biological parents, Anne's mother decided to take her in as her daughter.

That's where Layla lived for the rest of her tween and teen years. She quite liked her new life, and Anne grew very close, Layla saw her as her only friend. Dancing was their common interests and they would often dance to their favorite songs.

She would go to ballet class when she was 13 after her adopted mother signed her up when she saw how much dancing was to Layla.

Layla was a fast learner. Her skills and talent were then noticed by her director, who recommended Layla to audition for a dance company that was visiting Andros at the time.

The company then also noticed her skills and talent, signing a contract with her so she ended up in the main ensemble.

She did a few performances, she was noticed a couple of times but never stood out.

She was later promoted to soloist and eventually, landing the rank of Principal Dancer. She landed a couple of leads and solo roles to which people would notice her performances, but she had her big break when she performed in the ballet performance of the origin of the Dragon Flame the Leviathan, called:

“Creation of a Spark: Story of the Great Dragon and the Leviathan,” also called “La naissance d'une étincelle : L'histoire du Grand Dragon et du Léviathan” where she played as the Great Dragon.

People were amazed and loved Layla's performance. Some compliment she made the production alive, making the Great Dragon feel real and her movements during it feel like they were watching the real thing.

Critics praised Layla for her performance. One of them even said as if she knew the Great Dragon personally.

Not long after, Layla became a household name. Performing in Broadway, other iconic productions, going on competitions, collaborating with high fashion brands, becoming the face in many magazines, being interviewed on TV, being on commercials, modeling for fashion brands and companies, even performing for royals, and being a cultural ambassador.

Sirens at that time were able to get rights and be declared as people in the Magic dimension, however they were still racially treated badly by some. So Layla, a siren, breaking barriers, and sharing her heritage was highly appreciated and praised.

Layla was very big on representing and sharing her culture and heritage as a siren. Being very public about it, never afraid to show her siren traits, talking about it during her interviews, opening an organization for Siren health, and writing a book about what it was like to be a siren and about traditions and their lifestyle.

People admired Layla, seeing her as an inspiration and an icon, their idol too. Sirens praised Layla for putting their heritage in a positive light.

However, behind closed doors, Layla still felt resentment. She felt resentment of everyone who knew her mother and especially Andros itself for what they have done to her ‘dear mama’ and for the Dragon Flame for ‘manipulating’ everyone, still on a mission to bring her mother back and avenge her and the Leviathan.

During her performances she would get the life force, energy, and magic (if they have any) out of the audience, putting it in her fairy dust bottle for it was easier that way, corrupting it, and bringing it to her mother. Transferring it in the mirror so Polieta could come back once more. To get it other ways, she would go to big events like the parties in castles or in town Square where no one would watch her. She too would get a piece of it, making her a bit more powerful.

Another way was when she would go underwater and attack the merfolk, taking their life force and energy and turning them into mutants as ‘punishment for hurting her mama.’ She would also do this on land too, although she had to be very careful to not get caught or seen.

She met her now husband, Nabu, a siren himself, also named Ophir, backstage when he went to compliment her performance. She recognized him as the Guardian Wizard of Andros, and was related to the well known family of Andros.

They hung out a couple of times after that, going out secretly to not get harassed by paparazzi. Sometimes they would meet at Nabu's place where he was mentoring Roy, and they would become close as well. Nabu and Layla were and still are very close, with each of them complimenting each other's personality.

Over time, they started to develop feelings for each other, and after Nabu confessed, they eventually started dating. It became a massive topic, people were eating this up like pancakes. “Guardian Wizard Nabu dating the Famous Ballerina and Siren right Activists Layla” was a big conversation starter.

Nabu had the exact same opinion Aisha had on the sirens, Andros, the Leviathan, and the Dragon Flame. He also heavily dislikes the Dragon Flame. He is far more public about why he doesn't like it, nor Domino, that being where the Dragon Flame comes from. He also hates kingdoms like Eraklyon that were built because of a piece of the Dragon Flame.

He as well would help Layla with her avenging the Leviathan plan. Taking part in attacking and draining the life-force and energy out of the people and merfolk in secret. He would go as far as to murder someone as he sees it as a little sacrifice. He even admires Polieta a little too.

Layla originally wasn't as public as Nabu about her opinion of the Dragon Flame. But as time went, she slowly got more and more open about it.

She would criticize the Dragon Flame for some things that had happened in Magix, like the disaster in Whisperia, how people were crying for the Dragon Flame for help but it never came even though it was supposed to be the thing that helps and protects the people in the Magic dimension. Criticizing the kingdoms made with the help of the Dragon and their problems. For example, Eraklyon, specifically, King Erendor, and his way of ruling his kingdom, he even criticized Andros and how they treated Sirens. Her people and culture, and how angry she felt of her heritage being treated horribly just because of something that happened over 400 years ago.

Layla’s personality has drastically changed compared to her when she was 12

During her start of her ballet career, Layla had to learn to be social in order to succeed. She leaned in to becoming more of a charmer, delighting and being able to attract anyone with her expressive and engaging personality.

She was the person that started the conversation first, knew what to say at the right time, and left someone feeling heard. But she also uses it to use and manipulate a situation being a little of a sweet-talker to get her way. Using it to reach her goal and complete it faster.

She's a very determined girl, setting her mind on one specific goal, like freeing her mother, and not letting anyone get in her way, but that also led her to become very difficult to change her mind. She refuses to listen nor let go of her goal despite what everyone says, despite what the people she's close to saying that it's hurting her she won't change her mind or her actions as long as she completes her goal.

But she's also very dedicated to the amount of effort to take care of her responsibilities and tasks. She believes that being devoted and committed to something and having an engaging personality will help her advance until she's able to get what she wants to achieve.

Layla never bragged about her success for accomplishments. She would talk about it here and there but never boast about it, as she doesn't want to bring any unwanted or unnecessary attention. She thinks someone boasting about their accomplishments is very immature and probably even foolish for seeking so much attention.

She never lets her anger take over her, seeing it as childish and out of character for her. The times when anger got the better of her was only twice, when she, like earlier, killed her adopted mother, and the second is what led to her defeat. That's the only thing she was regretful about.

However, she does hold grudges and resentment from certain things or people. Still feeling bitter about the way sirens were treated in the past and even now, forming a deep hatred towards the Dragon Flame and even Andros for hurting her heritage.

Especially to a certain someone.

She feels deep sympathy for the sirens. Feeling horrible for their awful treatment and being so actively motivated to give all of them justice and avenge them.

Layla still has much loyalty to her mother. Although, that loyalty and admiration has gone up to an unhealthy extent.

For the past years she has grown tired and a bit impatient with Politea still stuck in the mirror, still stuck in her prison.

She wants to have her mom back.

She wants to hold her and hug her and never let go.

She wants to feel the palm of her hands as Politea comforts her and says how much she is proud of her.

She wants her mom to say she loves her so much as she caresses Layla’s hair.

She wants her mom.

She wants her mama.

That love and admiration she had became an obsession.

She became so fixated and devoted to freeing her mama that she would do anything to free her.

So obsessed that it drove her to tears. It has driven her to practically crying and calling out to her mom as if she was a little girl because of how much she tried and her mother still isn't here.

How Politea isn't here to reach out to her and hold her.

If she had to hurt herself just so her mother could be set free, then so be it. If that's what it's gonna take to get her mama back.

But she'll realize, she'll realize soon that her mom. The one who she loves so dearly.

Doesn't love her the way her daughter does.

Or even love her at all…

Now, before any of that happens, her main focus is to get the Dragon flame, destroy it, and show how the Leviathan is the one good entity that will protect Magix.

She met Princess Stella of the Sun and Moon, and Princess Bloom and Prince Damien of Domino at an event in Solaria where she was invited. And later met their eldest sister Daphne, Prince Sky, former prince and Head Paladin Thoren, Squire Brandon, Squire and Princess Diaspro.

She has her various opinions on how she feels with them.

She doesn't like Stella. She thinks of her as arrogant and way too childish, way too self-centered, honestly how she's even a princess. Layla comments on how the way Stella acts isn't fitting for a princess and is way too focused on the latest fashion trends and clothing and should be focusing on way more mature things like becoming a guardian fairy or maybe queen of Solaria or her mothers kingdom Seleis. Often acting like her father.

To Sky, She's fine with. He's a nice guy, a strong soul. A good swordsman, who knows how to fight with his skills, deserving to be a high ranked Specialist.

However, he is timid, insecure, and anxious. Genuinely a whole mess. She can't entirely blame him due to the way both his mother and father treated him and his older brother, feeling for more empathy, although Nabu has a much different opinion on the Eraklyon Prince.

She is neutral about Brandon and Diaspro. But she doesn't understand why Sky needs 2 squires to protect him from enemies. He isn't a little boy, he should know how to protect himself.

But personally Layla finds Brandon nice. A charming man who is also very skilled, maybe more athletic than Sky. However she does think he should take his job a little more seriously, and also thinks he shouldn't be friends with someone who he was required to protect. And shouldn't spend time flirting with everyone.

She is kinda friends with Diaspro. Princess from a neighboring kingdom who served in her kingdom's military and was then offered to become Squire after Queen Samara saw her fighting and sword skills. Very noble and mature for her age, one-two years older than the Eraklyon Prince. They had gone out a couple of times and genuinely had a positive relationship, although Layla did remark Diaspro does keep to herself at times and the effects of spending her time in the military from when she was barely starting her teens did put some deterioration in her mental health. But overall she does like her.

She thinks Damien is a fine man. A bit immature at times but is optimistic and funny for a young man, she does say Damien who takes his prince status way more than Stella ever way. In fact she often compares the 2 whenever she criticizes Stella.

She highly respects Thoren and Daphne. Daphne specifically. Being a high Nymph of Magix. She interviewed them a couple of times and they have watched her shows. She doesn't see them a lot due to their busy high positions but in general she does honor them gratefully.

But Bloom…

Oh poor Bloom…

She has a very prestigious position that everyone would for it.

One that sends Aisha through a heating rage.

That being the holder or Fairy of the Dragon Flame.

Originally it was Daphne but after she became a Nymph, the fire was sent to Bloom as Daphne had no children.

An optimistic cheerful girl who loves to make art, her temper gets the best of her and she does have her tendencies of being impulsive and even selfish. But to most people, she is the right person to hold the thing that basically created Magix.

She is insecure, ‘specially for having the Dragon fire. But very courageous and will risk her life to protect the people she loves.

Mostly everyone loves her.

Mostly…

If you ask Bloom what she thought of Layla, she would say she is really talented and is a fan of her shows. And admires her dedication to the Siren rights and health.

If you could ask Layla what she thinks of Bloom.

She would say so many horrible things she probably won't take back.

The impulsiveness, insecurity, and her escapism is one or more of the reasons why she doesn't like Bloom.

But the main reason as to why Layla more so despises her.

Is because Bloom was the fairy of the Dragon Flame.

The holder of the thing that created Magix.

A ‘betrayer' is what Layla would call her.

Or also called by her a ‘criminal’

To Layla, Bloom is an immoral delinquent who is manipulating everyone with her facade.

Hiding from everyone from the ‘truth’ about what she did.

What the Dragon Flame did.

She claimed because of her, because of the Dragon flame, the Sirens were tormented, maltreated, and oppressed for years. And when they finally get their rights, they are still treated as horrible creatures.

Because of her, Layla's mother is forever trapped in her prison, making her not be able to watch her grow up.

And because of that, Bloom is nothing but a traitor to Magix.

A traitor that needs to be stopped.

Maybe even executed for her ‘crimes’

So, with Nabu working beside her, Aisha started to form a ‘fond’ friendship with Bloom.

With her enthusiastic personality, she immediately gets along with Bloom. Fulfilling her needs, frequently going out whenever they could, complimenting Bloom's art, having conversations about their personal life like Bloom's insecurity of being the holder of the Dragon Flame and Layla with the stress of being a famous ballerina. In summary, she was making Bloom feel special.

During that however, she started to test some boundaries. For example, Layla tells Bloom she has the Leviathan and asks her to keep it a secret from her friends and family. Criticizing Bloom and still telling her to not tell anyone, including Daphne.

She did let a bit of a hatred and anger against Bloom out, but whenever she did, she always apologized, comforts her, explains it was an accident and a slip of the tongue, excuses it for her stress and worry of her career and ‘promises’ to not do it again and be more careful of her words.

Eventually, the friendship between the 2 led to Bloom being isolated. She was a little discouraged by Layla to visit or interact with her friends, mostly Stella, and was limited to only her siblings and some nobles Layla funds mature enough for Bloom, excusing it as something to help the Dragon flame to get stronger.

Layla also made excuses and causes in order for Bloom to only spend time with her. When Bloom asked why, Layla said she wants to get to know her ‘best friend’ more, and that Stella isn't a good friend to Bloom due to being childish and way too immature for the Fairy of the Dragon Flame.

Eventually, all of this led to the final step. When Bloom was all alone with no one around, and her defenses down, and when the time was right, Layla attacked behind her.

Honestly, Bloom put up a good fight, she did try to defend herself but it didn't matter as she was outfought by Layla right before she was restrained by her Morphix.

Layla was now full on insulting her, no more sugarcoating her words, calling her a disgusting serpent for exploiting everyone and hurting her heritage and that everything with the sirens happened because of Bloom.

Because of the Dragon Flame.

When Bloom tried to explain, Layla just tormented her, sick of her trying to ‘excuse her crimes' and just wants to get this over with.

Afterwards, she used her fairydust bottle and sucked the Dragon Flame out of Bloom, along with her life and energy. To add salt into the wound she gave Bloom some corruption magic in hopes it would kill her faster.

She would've killed her after that if Stella, Damien, and Daphne didn't hear Bloom's scream and came to check what's going on.

Their battle with Layla was cut short as she escaped and summoned a tsunami towards them before they made a counter attack.

Next, her second target was Andros. Wasting no time to immediately attack King Teredor and overthrow him

She and Nabu both agreed to meet at Andros after they both successfully do their part of their plan. Nabu's part being invading Eraklyon and ‘sacrificing’ Sky.

So, when Layla and Nabu used the dragon Flame to activate the mirror and to free her mother from her prison, the Leviathan and the Flame both combined, as well as Polieta's and Layla’s powers fusing into one. Niobe's powers also fused and combined with Nabu's.

To shorten it, Aisha and Nabu gained new powers as well as new forms. Some say they got Disenchanix because of their powers combining with Politea's.

With this, they invaded and successfully conquered Andros. Putting the people like King Teredor to prison, and others they were turned into mutants and sirens as a way to ‘fix them,’ like what Politea did many years ago.

What they did next was invade other planets in the Magic Dimension like Solaria, Lynphea, and even Domino, stealing their magic and ‘cleansing them’ as they were ‘manipulated by the Dragon Flame’ and are going out of the way to ‘help them.’

Going out of their way to help the poor Sirens that were mistreated by the world, and that they should be thanking them for their ‘good deeds.’

To celebrate their victory of conquering Andros. Layla and Nabu got married, she called it the best day of her life.

It was a small private wedding, but people did join. She did invite The Domino and Eraklyon family and Stella out of spite just to see their reaction. To no one's surprise they heavily declined.

In response to Layla and Nabu's attack, and their attempted murder of Sky and Bloom, a full on war was made by the War Council. In which, guardian faires, Specialist, Wizards and Paladin alike, and even the Company of Light, all fought against the mutants, sirens, and Layla and Nabu.

The war was horrific. Mostly every planet was affected by it, Andros being the most affected. It was so bad, refugee camps and shelters were made for the Androsians, including the Androsian sirens.

The conflict lasted for almost a year. A full year of suffering and agony. People were praying for this war to be done with, some already accepting defeat just so the war could end.

Everyone was in pain and anguish while Nabu and Layla was having the best days of their life, Layla imaging what their life would be like when they fully conquer Magix with the Leviathan and destroying the Dragon Flame, imaging of her and Nabu living the life of emperor and empress, living the rest of their lives after they showed the whole dimension that the Leviathan was the true good entity and that Politea was right all along.

Unfortunately, or to everyone else, fortunately, that never happened. After almost a year, Layla and Nabu were defeated, defeated by Bloom and Sky. Their new powers were taken and were bound by cuffs that prevented them from using their magic or fighting back.

The mirror was taken away from them and given as a gift to the King.

The Court was divided on what to do with them.

Some like King Oritel, King Erendor, and especially Daphne and Stella wanted to execute as they think it's fitting for almost killing Bloom and Sky.

Others like Queen Luna and King Radius said Omega is much more fitting.

King Teredor was trying to calm everyone down but he was too tired from the war the lovely couple caused.

In the end, it was decided that Layla and Nabu would be sentenced to many years in Light Rock Monastery, in hopes of rehabilitation and possible change of heart.

Obviously, not everyone was fond of it. Stella and sometimes Brandon in particular being very vocal about it and Daphne wishing death on them. But the decision was final.

Everything came to light about Layla and Nabu. Everything, it being all over the news, social networks, media, newspapers, etc.

What also came to light was the way Layla was treating Bloom. From the isolation to sometimes blaming. People were enraged and upset that Layla and Nabu would do all this. And for what? Just because her mother Politea was trapped in a mirror, and she was pissy about it?

And so, Layla and Nabu were taken to Light Rock Monastery. In the end, the war was over. Everything is officially back to normal.

Except for one thing.

Layla and Nabu were released on parole 4 years after their defeat for good behavior and amazing response to the rehabilitation treatment.

But, in truth, they faked it.

They faked their behaviors and pretended they had ‘changed’ just so they could get out easier and think of another plan to destroy the Dragon Flame. But not before they stole the mirror from Andros.

They changed their names to Aisha and Ophir to avoid immediate recognition.

While they were thinking of how and when, they met the Trix, Icy, Darcy, Stormy, and Vexius.

They've heard about what happened. Icy was a bit disappointed by their defeat, Darcy praised them for even accomplishing and succeeding in some parts, commenting on how no one got this far before, not even Politea. While Stormy doesn't really care.

They got along pretty quickly, one of the reasons is getting the Dragon Flame and using or destroying it.

Thus, Vexius offered Aisha and Ophir to join them in getting the Dragon Flame and taking over the Magic Dimension and they will be free Politea and present once more to the world that the Leviathan is the one that will protect everyone, to which they accepted the offer.

Afterward, Aisha and Ophir join forces with the Trix and Vexius to get the Dragon flame, possibly destroying it, and freeing Polieta.

However, something has been happening to Aisha.

During some time, Aisha's health has been slowly deteriorating, from headaches, coughing, to small fevers and even throwing up.

The reason behind this was when she was taking piece by piece of the stolen corrupted life force, energy and magic that she was giving to her mother, and when she had her Disenchanix. Some other side effects from when some of the corruption was spreading to her skin, making her skin get painful aches.

She ignored them at first, taking medicine to ease the pain, but eventually she wouldn't be able to ignore it anymore.

it's slowly killing her in the process.

Aisha as an evil witch enough said. I'm genuinely so proud of her design and my rewrite of her. omg! I HATE her original design and character in the Reboot, so I took the time to completely rewrite and redesign her like I'm doing with Diaspro and the Trix. I'm so excited to do the other winx soon, especially Bloom
