i cannot fucking believe you guys are actually trying to bring a company that gave us great stories for two years straight, and continue to do so even in-game, out of spite.
you have the right to protest and boycott but you cannot force people into it.
rafayel's myth is next and a lot of people have been waiting for it. i have seen it here, on threads and twitter people either begging rafayel's mains not to pull because the myth will rerun-- and that's if we have a game for it to rerun still, and i have seen people shaming, judging, phrases such as "you guys can't control your asses not to log in?"
no, this isn't ok, how silent they are is not ok, it feels weird, heavy, wrong. think of this from their perspective: they introduced valko, yay, they got backlash and defended valko through it all until a brainless, ignorant girl used the 731 incident as leverage. Their hands were tied, valko had been linked to it even though it had nothing to do with him. They cancelled him. They got cow shit and funeral flowers. And they apologized and tried to move on. scrapping a character is extremely common in the gaming industry. We're in a fandom that is not above doxxing and deep faking minors onto certain situations (looking at you applelivies or whatever your handle is now. you know what you did.) Things escalated to a point it shouldn't have. Then yay, valko is cleared, which makes the cn girls who started this angrier with one incident of a stranger managing to get inside infold's building with a knife and trying to harm a female employee. You can hear her terrified screams on the video.
Not to mention the people harassing customer service and the inbox of any lads social media, i have seen people calling the customer service "bitch" and "spineless whore"
So they're being threatened online and offline with bodly harm and rituals. the poor emplyees who have nothing to do with the higher ups and are treated just as bad by them.
Boycotting is a personal choice. You cannot force or shame people into not logging in or not pulling and then calling these people out publicly as if you run this place. Over a scrapped character.
There's no way they're gonna release them now, maybe in the far future, but there needs to be a game for him to come back.
Releasing him now overjoys one side of the fandom and enrages the other who are far more aggressive and will try to bodly harm them. Their best strategy is to wait for the right moment wich isn't now or tomorrow or a month.
Boycott and protest, do not shame others and for everyone reading this, think for yourselves, listen to your heart and all that shit. We already lost mlqc and we're destroying lads ourselves.

Willing to throw away two years of amazing stories over a character we saw for seconds. 5 LIs into the garbage over the same thing. Most of you were playing just fine without him until he was introduced and taken away. It's like you want a candy at the store but the prrson in front of you grabs the last one.
You don't even know if you're gonna really like him. You fell in love with the cutesy scenes they showed. I fell in love with Xavier and then couldn't stand him and switched mains, it happens.
Like i said, stop judging, forcing or shaming people for not wanting to participate. And don't hold your breath for any statement, infold is notorious for being quiet, fixing things quietly and talking to us in-game and leaving little clues.

Infold is a branch of papergamers created first and especially to launch LADS. They didn't release a faulty product, in fact they were the first ones to make the leap to 3d. They were really great until they made this huge mistake and now you guys are crucifying them like they can't fucking redeem themselves? Do you know how many gaming companies have screwed up and redeemed themsslves? Even if we don't get valko, i think after this, they'll have to listen more. I don't wand to lose this game, and i don't know since when you've been playing, but i have been with them since day 1. I don't think it's fair to help destroy them when they need us the most just because they screwed up royally. We've read the stories, we know what they're capable off, they got spooked when the gov got involved and who wouldn't be? Read up on unit 731 just to see the atrocities committed, imagine having your character, your company linked to that. You're still here talking about your customer rights even though an employee was almost ataccked with a knife over a fictional character we never experienced in the first place. Fucking Konami made a comeback and revived the Silent Hill franchise after making the stupidest mistake of their lives but it took years. Do you want to spend years without a game you loved just fine before valko? Because i don't. Do you wanna be known as the most toxic fandom in gaming as well as the fandom that helped bring down a game? Do you have any idea how many incels who played snowbrsak and are enraged at us have joined the boycott? How much of that review bombing is legitimate and how much of it is a mix of feelings hurt+incels+women haters in general? The game that caters to us, one employee almost being harmed for real. You guys are boycotting with incels.
