what can a therapist do for me that 6 hours of listening to All Too Well cannot

you ever like go to make a post on here but as you’re typing suddenly every single possible misinterpretation and nitpicking argument that can and will be made on it flashes before your eyes and ur like ok nvm close post

i think taylor saying she wants thin skin instead of saying thick skin was really important….there’s always such a huge emphasis on having thick skin and not letting anything get to you but i think having thin skin and actually letting the word have an impact and taking things in as they come is how we move forward and reflect and realize the things that need to change. it can be incredibly hard but i also think it’s incredibly rewarding…..there’s so much strength in being vulnerable
