The successful candidate will have excellent computer and time management skills and possess the ability to embrace change in a fast-paced environment.
Manage production to 90% productivity output per day (avg. 110 violations processed per hour)
Process events to 90% or better quality rating.
Manage adherence to schedule (start and end times, break and lunch start and stop times) to 90% or better.
Process photo enforcement camera violations using web based tools
Internet research (Google; Google Maps)
Process outbound mail using mail handling machines
Other clerical and data entry tasks
Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Strong computer skills with experience using internet search tools (e.g. Google, Google Maps) and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Ability to abide by strict company data protection policies
Capability to meet deadlines and prioritize work load
Exceptional attention to detail and excellent time management skills
Ability to adapt and work in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to adhere to company core values (integrity, accountability, respect, excellence, teamwork)
Exhibit effective change management skills
Able to work a variety of shift schedules; including weekends
