Shouldn’t be putting my business on the internet but I wanna celebrate.

I’ve been clean for a month!! A whole month!! This isn’t the LONGEST I’ve been clean for but I actually was able to make it to a whole month!!! I’m ashamed it’s only a month.. but I’m a little proud. Just a reminder to keep going, make it a month like me, or even 2 months. Or a 7 months- OR A YEAR!! You can do this, and so can I apparently.

To know we aren’t infinite, like stars that’s light still reaches us. We’re a temporary type of beauty that will one day wither away and we’ll be memories, maybe old stories our kids tell our grandkids and they will one day forget. Grass will grow from patches of dirt on top of our buried coffins. Old photographs will fade, journals thrown away. The books we read on an old shelf forever displayed. Letters, like old flowers, slowly wilt away. All of us will be gone and we’ll be nothing but bones in the ground.

But our passion and beauty will stay. Meadows where graveyards should be, flowers blooming, growing out of trees. New life, new beings awake, made from the death of our existence. New laughs will echo the world, more smiles shinning through gloomy days. Like stars in a nebula, we die; more are made. A graveyard of life, maybe stars aren’t infinite but they leave something beautiful behind.

It’s crazy. Today so many things happened. Someone bought their 1st car today. Or maybe someone lost their car today. Today someone fell in love. Today someone bought a house. Today someone died. Today someone got married. Today someone started their new job. Today someone helped someone else. I mean think about it, today someone’s probably thinking about me right now writing this out and I’m thinking that I know they know I exist somehow. I think that’s sorta magical.

In “The Little Prince” book the Prince becomes friends with the fox. After a while tho, after a couple days, the Prince has to leave which makes the fox sad. The Prince asks the fox what was the purpose of their friendship if it was gonna end in the fox hurt? And the fox replied be telling him he has found meaning in new things. The princes hair is golden, so now the fox has found meaning in wheat fields. The fox has no need for them, but they color reminds him of the Prince’s hair and that’s enough to make it worth something now.
