I didn't want to get out of bed for some nights and just wrote this up. I'll continue in whenever I feel like it but I just had to get this idea out of my head!

You wake up with a groan and a huge headache that leaned on the edge of a migraine, not remembering anything at all. As you look down at your body, you realize something quickly: it's wrong. You know for a fact that your body isn't metallic, your face feels flat, really flat, and you feel cold, so very cold. As you look around to where you've been assumingly kidnapped, you see them. Except… it's less a stranger and more you- or even more specifically: your body.

He -no- its, looking at you with a smile that looks wrong on your face and red eyes that you know for a fact isn't your eye color. 'How can this be?' you wonder, it makes no sense at all! How can you be you, yet your body is staring at you almost like it's… expecting something.

You try to move in your strange new body but all you can get out of it is a twitch. This seems to please the body snatcher as their eyes almost look like they're glowing brighter.

"Perfect, you're awake." The stranger said in your voice. The smile on his face growing wider at your clearly shocked reaction.

You try to speak but all that comes out is static. You jump at the noise, trying again to speak only to be met with more static.

The man shakes his head with a look on his face that clearly shows he knew this would happen. "Ah, trying to speak are we? Don't bother, all your components are powered down besides basic functions to prevent you from trying anything."

You give him a glare -or well- you think you gave him a glare. He either doesn't care or can't see it.

Finally, after a few more static attempts, you get a word out "W̷̬͉̏h̸͖̻̄y̸̤͆̽?̶͒̎ͅ".

For the first time, you see the man with something besides a smile on your face. The look of confusion he had is to die for, though the effect quickly leaves as he composes himself.

"What would you do for freedom?" He asks like it's the easiest question ever. "That is why you're in this situation. I want my freedom and with your body, I'll finally get it." Your mind -processor?- freezes as you try to imagine that. 'Freedom?' You ask yourself, you understand wanting freedom, but to take someone else's body over it? To throw them into a worse scenario just so you could be free? You'd never had to think about that before, never had to even conceive it until now.

It's only after thinking for awhile that you notice he's not smiling anymore. You'd normally feel bad if he didn't take your body away from you. You go to convey your feelings on the matter, only to be shushed by the man. "I know my own face well enough to know when I'm in thought." He says with a chuckle.

"Now, I think it's time you get ready for your new home, friend." He says before grabbing a device from a table next to you. You try to move, do anything to retaliate, but all you get is static and error messages. With you still not understanding how a message can pop up in your face and feel the problem: he strikes. You feel the device enter through the back of your head and then… darkness.

It's a weird experience when you look back at this moment, the feeling of nothing. It's hard to describe because it's not even feeling nothing, it's the absence of feeling. It's like you wake up and time just magically skipped forward. It's hard to describe nothing with nothing.

You eventually wake up with a jolt. You look around in confusion as you realize you're not in… whatever that previous place was anymore. You realize that you can't remember anything about where you were. You remember the guy with your body but everything else is a static mess.

You shake your head to quell your thoughts and focus on taking in your current environment. Only to be met with more confusion as you appear to be in a storage closet.
